Lucky 15 Tips: Three In A Row can get his head in front

We have just the two meetings taking place across Britain and Ireland on Sunday and there's a pretty average six-race card at Sedgefield. Ireland's offering is much more encouraging, however, and there are a couple of Grade 3 races on the schedule.

The Limestone Lad Hurdle is the feature race of the day, but we also have a Grade 3 novice chase to look forward to. It's going to be hard work in the rain-soaked ground, but our expert has picked out four strong fancies who can be combined to form our Lucky 15 Tips.

12:55 Naas - Mon Creuset @ 13/8

This looks like a potentially decent maiden hurdle and there are several interesting lines of enquiry. Willie Mullins runs three French imports, two of which are owned by Gigginstown and Paul Townend is set to ride MON CREUSET.

The four-year-old made his debut in a French bumper at Nantes for previous connections in December and he won that 1m4f event by three-and-a-half lengths, showing a sharp turn of foot up the run-in.

Mullins does very well with French recruits and there doesn't appear to be a lot between this horse and Moulin Labbe profile-wise, but perhaps their home work suggests expectations are higher for Townend's mount.

13:55 Naas - Kilgame @ 5/1

Champion Bumper third Shuttle Diplomacy is in the line-up here, but his performances over hurdles so far have left something to be desired.

It has been a challenging season for Henry de Bromhead so far, but KILGAME can put a smile on his face here.

He made his debut in a four-year-old hurdle for Gabriel Leenders at Auteuil in March 2024, running a nice race to finish second. The son of Jeu St Eloi looked in need of the run when fifth behind Kel Histoire on stable debut at Cork last season.

Third in a strong looking maiden hurdle at Leopardstown on Boxing Day, he can build on that effort and should be capable of making his presence felt in maiden company.

14:55 Naas - Love Sign d'Aunou @ 5/4

Mullins is operating at a very healthy strike-rate at the moment, especially as he often has several runners in each race. LOVE SIGN D'AUNOU is another interesting rules debutant for Rich Ricci and he'll undoubtedly be popular in the betting.

The five-year-old started off in a point-to-point at Loughanmore in April and battled on well to get the better of Gin Tonic by a length-and-a-half. The runner-up has boosted the form by winning over hurdles since and a big run is expected here.

15:55 Naas - Three In A Row @ 8/1

Arthur Moore's THREE IN A ROW took a while to get the hang of things over hurdles, but the penny finally dropped on his final start over timber in April 2024.

He won a novice handicap hurdle over a similar trip here, albeit off a 12lb lower mark.

Placing in three of his eight starts over fences to date, he came very close to getting off the mark at Punchestown on New Year's Eve.

The eight-year-old only just failed to get up and he was second by a short head. A similar performance could well be enough here.
