Team News
Swansea have to do without the services of attacking player Manuel Benson, who is representing Angola at the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The hosts have no fresh injury concerns heading into this clash, though.
Ethan Galbraith, Cameron Burgess and Liam Cullen are all one booking away from a suspension for the Swans.
Wrexham have a number of absentees heading into Friday's clash. Danny Ward (elbow), Aaron James, Elliot Lee (both knee), Liberato Cacace (calf), Lewis Brunt (thigh), Jay Rodriguez (ankle) and Andy Cannon (ACL) are ruled out through injury.
Issa Kabore was out with a hamstring issue of his own but he has been selected to represent Burkina Faso at Afcon.
Kieffer Moore and George Dobson are also one booking away from a suspension.
Swansea vs Wrexham Predicted Lineups
- Swansea: Vigouroux; Key, Cabango, Burgess, Tymon; Galbraith, Franco; Ronald, Widell, Eom; Vipotnik
- Wrexham: Okonkwo; Cleworth, Hyam, Doyle; Longman, Dobson, Sheaf, O’Brien, McClean; Windass; Moore, Broadhead
Swansea have won their last two home games in the Championship and they are 6/5 to come out on top here.
The draw is valued at 2/1 (33.3% implied probability) and has struck in three of Wrexham's last four league games. The Red Dragons are 15/8 to come away with the three points, which they have managed twice in 10 away trips this term.
Zan Vipotnik has scored eight goals in the league for Swansea and he is 13/8 to strike anytime on Friday.
Swansea vs Wrexham Stats
- Wrexham have lost just one of their las 11 league games
- Swansea have lost six of their past eight Championship matches
Draw No Bet - Wrexham @ 6/5
Swansea have lost six of their last eight matches in the Championship and despite their recent home triumphs over Oxford United and Portsmouth, Wrexham will be a much trickier battle on home turf.
The Red Dragons have lost just one of their last 11 fixtures in the second tier, and while they haven't won too many games on the road, they will be sensing an opportunity in Swansea - particularly with Welsh bragging rights at stake.
Swansea tend to struggle when games get physical and they can't play the game on their own terms. Phil Parkinson's Wrexham are going to ensure that is as difficult for the Swans as possible and the visitors will look to bully the hosts.
Former Cardiff City man Kieffer Moore will look to wreak havoc up top alongside Josh Windass, and this may be too much for Swansea to handle. But given how Wrexham tend to draw on their travels, I am covering them in the Draw No Bet market.

Both Teams To Score - Yes @ 5/6
With this being a Welsh derby, I am expecting some fireworks. This is the Friday night game after all. These two teams are ringing in the latest round of Championship fixtures and I predict that there will be goals on offer in SA1.
BTTS - Yes appeals because it has been a successful bet in seven of Swansea's 11 home appearances in the league in 2025/26, including three of their previous five.
For Wrexham, this has been a successful bet in three of their past four matches in the second tier heading into Friday's derby.
