Premier League Stats & Bets for Week 12
- Burnley vs Chelsea
- Saturday, 12:30
- Live on TNT Sports 1
Key stat: Chelsea have won their last six Premier League games at Burnley, netting at least three goals in each of the last five, while the Clarets have conceded two or more in five of their last six matches.
Suggested bet: After a comfortable 3-0 win over Wolves last time out, Chelsea are sitting pretty in third place in the table and can go second, if only for a brief period, if they win in the lunchtime kick-off. The Blues scored four goals in each of their last two visits to Turf Moor and, with Scott Parker's men struggling defensively, we'll back the visitors to beat the one-goal handicap at a decent price.

- Bournemouth vs West Ham
- Saturday, 15:00
Key stat: Bournemouth have won four of their five Premier League home games this season, while five of their last six matches have featured three goals or more.
Suggested bet: Bournemouth were well below par in their last match before the international break, losing 4-0 at Aston Villa, but they’ve been a tough nut to crack on home soil and will fancy their chances against a West Ham side who haven’t won on the road since beating Nuno’s Nottingham Forest in August. With Over 2.5 Goals landing in all of West Ham’s last three games, we’ll add that to the home win to give us an odds-against price.

- Brighton vs Brentford
- Saturday, 15:00
Key stat: Only Erling Haaland (14) has more Premier League goals this season than Igor Thiago (8), with the Brazilian scoring six goals in his last six appearances in the competition.
Suggested bet: It's the 'Moneyball derby' on Saturday as the two data dons come face to face at the Amex and it looks a hard game to call, with the teams locked on 16 points in the table, split by only two goals. We'll swerve the match odds and back the in-form Igor Thiago to keep scoring in a double with over 2.5 goals, a bet that's landed in Brighton's last four games at home.

- Fulham vs Sunderland
- Saturday, 15:00
Key stat: Only Brighton have scored a higher percentage of their Premier League goals this season in second halves than Sunderland (10 of 14), while Fulham have conceded 69% of their goals in the competition this term after half-time (11/16), the third most.
Suggested bet:Sunderland have been perhaps the success story of the season so far, recording 19 points in 11 Premier League games, their best tally at this stage of a top-flight campaign since 1999/00. They face a tough challenge in west London however with Fulham winning three of their last four at home, so we'll lean on the stats here and back more goals in the second half at an odds-against price.

- Liverpool vs Nottingham Forest
- Saturday, 15:00
Key stat: Although Liverpool have lost five of their last six Premier League games, they have won four of their five at Anfield, while Forest have scored as many goals in their three league games under Sean Dyche (5) as they had in their first eight of the season.
Suggested bet: Liverpool's mini-revival, with good wins over Aston Villa and Real Madrid, came to a juddering halt at the Etihad last time out, but they've been largely good on home soil and are priced up at just 2/ 5 to beat Nottingham Forest on Saturday. We can boost that price to 13/8 by taking Sean Dyche's men to find the net in defeat; they've scored in seven in his five games in charge so far.

- Wolves vs Crystal Palace
- Saturday, 15:00
Key stat: Wolves have conceded exactly three goals in each of their last three Premier League games, losing 3-2 against Burnley and 3-0 against both Fulham and Chelsea.
Suggested bet: The Rob Edwards era at Molineux begins with the visit of Crystal Palace and we should be in for some entertainment if last season's clashes are anything to go by, with 10 goals scored across the two games. Wolves will have a go in front of what will be a lively crowd no doubt and I expect them to score, but Oliver Glasner's side are perfectly set up for away games and I'd backing them to edge another goal-filled affair.

- Newcastle vs Manchester City
- Saturday, 17:30
- Live on Sky Sports
Key stat: Manchester City have won 12 Premier League away games against Newcastle, their joint-most away victories against an opponent in the competition and the Magpies have won just one of their last 35 top flight meetings with City.
Suggested bet: Man City closed the gap on leaders Arsenal to just four points before the international break with an authoritative 3-0 win over Liverpool and Pep Guardiola's men are looking in ominous form. They face a Newcastle outfit who were extremely poor at West Ham and look to be struggling with the Champions League/Premier League schedule. Happy to grab the even money on the away win.

- Leeds vs Aston Villa
- Sunday, 14:00
- Live on Sky Sports
Key stat: Leeds have scored a league-high percentage of their Premier League goals in the first half of games this season (80%). Each of their last three strikes have come in the opening 15 minutes of games.
Suggested bet: Aston Villa are building some good momentum, with excellent home wins over Bournemouth and Man City in the last month, but their away form remains patchy, with only one road victory this season. Leeds have been solid at home, only losing once, but the home/draw double chance is short at 4/7 so we'll back the fast-starting hosts to score first here at an odds-against price.

- Arsenal vs Tottenham
- Sunday, 16:30
- Live on Sky Sports
Key stat: Arsenal have only conceded once in eight home games in all competitions this season, while Tottenham have conceded the fewest (3) of any side on the road this term.
Suggested bet: The north London derby is generally considered as one of the most entertaining match-ups in the Premier League with goals and cards aplenty, but the Arteta vs Frank era is likely to lead to more reserved games going by the early weeks of this season. Over 2.5 Goals is odds-on but that's probably based on history more than anything else and I'm more than happy to take the even money on unders here.

- Manchester United vs Everton
- Monday, 20:00
- Live on Sky Sports
Key stat: No side have scored more first half goals than Manchester United in the Premier League this season (11), while only Arsenal and Crystal Palace have shipped fewer before half-time (4).
Suggested bet: Manchester United made it five matches unbeaten with a last-gasp equaliser at Tottenham last time out and Ruben Amorim looks to finally be getting a tune out of his men after a year in charge. They'll fancy their chances against an Everton side who have only won one of their last 12 against the Red Devils, but the 8/11 on a home win doesn't appeal. Instead we'll back the fast-starting hosts to be winning at half-time.
