Premier League Stats & Bets for Week 10

  • Brighton vs Leeds United
  • Saturday, 15:00

Key stat: Leeds are winless in their last nine away league games against Brighton, but the Seagulls have kept just one clean sheet in their last 21 Premier League matches.

Suggested bet: Brighton were unusually poor at Old Trafford last weekend but they remain unbeaten at the Amex this season and should have enough in the tank to beat a Leeds side who have only beaten bottom side Wolves on the road so far this campaign. Given the Seagulls' inability to keep clean sheets, we'll back Daniel Farke's men to score in a losing effort.

  • Burnley vs Arsenal
  • Saturday, 15:00

Key stat: Arsenal have won 23 of their last 24 Premier League games against promoted sides, including the last 13 in a row, while 11 of their 14 victories in all competitions this season have been to nil.

Suggested bet: It was the perfect weekend for Arsenal as they registered another gritty win, while Man City and Liverpool lost again, and the title is now theirs to lose, with Betfred making the Gunners a 4/9 shot in the outright market. We'll keep things simple and back Mikel Arteta's men to register another win to nil, although I wouldn't put anyone off taking the 1-0 correct score.

  • Crystal Palace vs Brentford
  • Saturday, 15:00

Key stat: Both teams have scored in the past six meetings between Palace and Brentford, while there have been 28 goals across the Bees' nine league games this season.

Suggested bet: Palace's last home game against Bournemouth was arguably the match of the season so far, with the two sides sharing six goals in an absolute thriller, while Brentford are coming off the back of their own fantastic encounter, having beaten Liverpool 3-2 last weekend. Over 2.5 Goals is a banker for your accas at 4/5, but we'll push the boat out and combine BTTS with Over 3.5 Goals in a bet builder which pays out at 2/1.

Crystal Palace vs Brentford - Both Teams To Score and Total Goals Over/Under +3.5
Yes & Over 3.5 Goals

  • Fulham vs Wolves
  • Saturday, 15:00

Key stat: Four of Fulham's last five league matches have seen three goals or more, while the Over 3.5 Goals line has been breached in six Wolves games across all competitions.

Suggested bet: Wolves scored five goals in their last two home games - and ended up on the losing side on both occasions, with Burnley winning 3-2 last weekend and Chelsea edging a seven-goal thriller in the EFL Cup in midweek. They remain winless in the Premier League but Fulham are having their own struggles, losing the last four, so this could be another slug-fest as the two teams go at it. We'll back Over 2.5 Goals at an odds-against price.

  • Nottingham Forest vs Manchester United
  • Saturday, 15:00

Key stat: Only Erling Haaland and Mohamed Salah have been involved in more Premier League goals in 2025 than Bryan Mbeumo, with the Cameroonian scoring or assisting in each of his last three games for Man Utd.

Suggested bet: Manchester United look to have finally clicked under Ruben Amorim and are hunting a fourth consecutive victory when they visit Nottingham Forest on Saturday, but 11/10 for the away win looks a touch short given the Red Devils have only won once on the road this season. Instead we'll head to the goalscorer markets and back the in-form Bryan Mbeumo to find the net at 2/1. The former Brentford man has been nominated for October player of the month and can cause problems for a Forest side who've lost six of their last seven.

  • Tottenham vs Chelsea
  • Saturday, 17:30
  • Live on Sky Sports

Key stat: Chelsea have conceded 6.1 expected goals from set pieces, the highest in the Premier League, and four goals have already come that way. Tottenham have scored five from set pieces, the third highest in the league.

Suggested bet: Chelsea have a remarkable record at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, winning on five of their six visits, but the home defeat to Sunderland highlighted their inconsistencies and we'll leave the match odds alone here. Instead we'll back Micky van de Ven to register a shot on target at a chunky 7/2. The Dutchman has been a threat at set pieces all season for Spurs and has already scored five goals, including a brace of headers in last week's 3-0 win over Everton.

  • Liverpool vs Aston Villa
  • Saturday, 20:00
  • Live on TNT Sports

Key stat: While no side is on a longer losing run in the Premier League than Liverpool (4), no side is on a longer winning run than Aston Villa (4).

Suggested bet: With defeat at Brentford, Liverpool became the first side in English top-flight history to win their first five matches in a season but then lose each of their next four. It doesn't get any easier this weekend with the visit of an Aston Villa side hunting their fifth consecutive win. Despite these form lines, Unai Emery's side have been chalked up at 9/2 to get the three points, which means there is plenty of juice in the Double Chance market and we'll back Villa to avoid defeat.

  • West Ham vs Newcastle United
  • Sunday, 14:00
  • Live on Sky Sports

Key stat: West Ham have conceded the most goals in the Premier League this season (20), have faced the second most shots (133) and have let in the most set piece goals (9).

Suggested bet: Another limp performance from West Ham at Leeds last weekend left them languishing in 19th, and an 8/13 chance to get relegated. Their appalling record in defending set pieces has been a major contributor to their poor performances and Newcastle's physical approach will likely cause them more problems on Sunday. After his goal from a corner in midweek against Spurs, we'll back Fabian Schar to get on the scoresheet again and split stakes with his central defensive partner Malick Thiaw, who's already had five headed shots on goal this season.

  • Manchester City vs Bournemouth
  • Sunday, 16:30
  • Live on Sky Sports

Key stat: Bournemouth are on the longest unbeaten run of any current Premier League side, going without defeat in eight games since their opening day loss at Liverpool.

Suggested bet: Defeat at Aston Villa - their third of the season - left Man City six points adrift of leaders Arsenal and out to 9/2 in the outright market. Visitors Bournemouth sit in second after their best ever start to a season, inspired by the talismanic Antoine Semenyo and the emergence of 19-year-old Eli Kroupi, who has scored in each of his last three Premier League appearances. We'll back the Cherries to continue their unbeaten run here at 6/4.

Manchester City vs Bournemouth - Double Chance
Draw or Bournemouth

  • Sunderland vs Everton
  • Monday, 20:00
  • Live on Sky Sports

Key stat: Sunderland have only dropped two points at home so far this season and conceded just two goals at the Stadium of Light, while Everton have a solitary win on the road so far this campaign.

Suggested bet: If Bournemouth are the success story of the season so far, Sunderland aren't far behind, with the Mackems sitting pretty in fourth place after a stunning win at Stamford Bridge last time out. Everton actually played pretty well against Tottenham last weekend but the lack of a top class striker proved costly again and the 3-0 defeat left them down in 14th place. We'll back Regis Le Bris' men to continue their strong home form with another victory.
