I was left disappointed with last week's Anytime Goalscorer Tips as only two of the five players got on the scoresheet, so thanks to Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe for doing their jobs.

This week I'm hoping for greater success as we still wait for the first clean sweep of the season. Check out this week's selections below, which have been boosted to 28/1.

Haji Wright (Sheffield Wednesday vs Coventry City) @ 21/20

Coventry City are flying high in the Championship. The Sky Blues are second in the table after eight games and they remain unbeaten. No team across the top four divisions in England have scored more goals (22) than Frank Lampard's side.

They head to Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday and the Owls are yet to win on home soil. Coventry forward Haji Wright could be set for another top-drawer performance after his explosive start to the season.

The American has scored seven goals in the first eight games of the campaign, with half of his tally coming on the road. Wright netted a brace at Millwall in midweek, so he heads into this clash in good form.

Viktor Gyokeres (Arsenal vs West Ham) @ 5/6

Former Coventry forward Viktor Gyokeres will be hoping he can add more goals for Arsenal given his price tag over the summer. The Swedish striker has three goals in six Premier League outings for the Gunners and he will be looking to add to his tally when Arsenal host strugglers West Ham United.

All three of Gyokeres' league goals this season have come at the Emirates, so this does feel like a sensible selection on Saturday. His physicality will make him a nuisance for the Hammers defence, and he has the qualities to punish any errors they make.

Lorent Tolaj (Plymouth Argyle vs Wigan Athletic) @ 15/8

Plymouth Argyle look like they are turning a corner under Tom Cleverley, with the Pilgrims winning three of their last four matches in League 1. This upturn in form is being helped by striker Lorent Tolaj growing in his new surroundings.

Argyle shelled around £1m to sign the Swiss forward from Port Vale in the summer and he currently has three goals in six league appearances in 2025/26. Tolaj netted a brace in the last match, a 4-0 victory at Burton Albion. So he heads into this weekend's home clash with Wigan Athletic in good shape, and I think this will be a good opportunity for him to build some real momentum.

Harry Kane has been having yet another outstanding start to the season with Bayern Munich. The England international has struck 10 goals in the first five games of the Bundesliga season, so he is already averaging two per game.

This form sets him up nicely for Saturday's trip to Eintracht Frankfurt. The hosts are having a lot of attacking joy but despite sitting fourth in the table, they have the second-worst defensive record in the division with 13 goals conceded.

I have a feeling that Kane will be licking his lips for this match and the striker could be set for another bountiful feast.

Kylian Mbappe (Real Madrid vs Villarreal) @ 8/13

This acca boost concludes with a player who is another regular source of goals. Like Kane, Kylian Mbappe has enjoyed a bright start to the campaign, scoring eight goals in his first seven La Liga matches for Real Madrid.

The French international has been scoring goals for fun since joining Los Blancos in 2024, and he and his teammates host Villarreal at the Bernabeu on Saturday night.

Mbappe has been on the scoresheet in each of the past four outings in the league, with five goals registered in that period. He also has two goals in as many league appearances against the visitors, so I reckon he will haunt them again.
