Lucky 15 Tips: Hollie-ridden juvenile can lick his rivals at Lingfield

13:35 - Spuddling @ 3/1

Jockey Ben Ffrench Davis claims a handy 5lb on board trainer Kathy Turner's Spuddling, who was in the care of the maestro Bill Turner until his sad passing recently.

Our selection has been in fine recent form, with a Windsor win (off a mark of 49), followed by a close-up effort at Bath, beaten half-a-length, both at around today's mile-and-a-half trip.

Ben's claim can be crucial as he attempts to defy a mark of 55, same as Bath, and I wouldn't swap the three-year-old Time Test gelding for anything in this field.

14:35 - Risen Again @ 4/1

Kieran O'Neill rides this four-year-old No Nay Never gelding for Newmarket handler Alice Haynes.

Risen Again was a beaten fav last time out at Goodwood 12 days ago but went down by just 0.75l over slightly shorter (same grade). He's evidently in grand order just now and has gone well here in the past.

He's up just a pound for his efforts on the Downs and Kieran knows him well.

15:05 - Pretty Danielle @ 4/1

Pat Cosgrave rides this two-year-old Harry Angel filly for trainer Richard Hughes.

Pretty Danielle has had three runs to date, and contests this maiden with both valuable experience and a highly respectable Racing Post rating (83). Her spins have come at notable tracks - Haydock, Newbury and Windsor - and the only slight disappointment was last time in the north-west, when claimer ridden.

She's got plenty going for her in the context of this race and I expect to see a very prominent showing.

15:35 - Loblolly @ 7/4

The fabulous Hollie Doyle is on board another two-year-old, a colt this time, by top sprinter Invincible Spirit.

Sean Woods trains at HQ, and Loblolly has the credentials to score here - in fact he'd rate my nap of the meeting. Four quietly progressive runs so far, the latest of which was at Kempton over slightly further, 14 days ago.

He went down by only a length and I suppose it's disappointing that his jockey that day, Danny Muscutt, is on big rival Zabeel Flower this afternoon. Richard Hughes' filly has an obvious chance but Hollie can get a winning tune out of Loblolly for me, down to 7f from a mile last time.

Tends to race prominently and drawn five of nine is no hinderance if Hollie wants to press on.

This is an example of a Lucky 15. If you can improve upon my selections (of course you can), then go for it!
