Stoke vs West Brom Prediction: Share of the spoils in the Potteries

Stoke City will look to maintain their perfect record in the Championship this season when they welcome West Bromwich Albion to the bet365 Stadium on Saturday (12:30 BST, Sky Sports+). The Potters have won all three of their opening fixtures to date.
West Brom head to the Potteries unbeaten themselves, with their dropped points coming in a draw with Portsmouth last time out. Below you will find my Stoke vs West Brom predictions, accompanied by the latest team news and match odds.

Team News
Stoke will welcome back forward Divin Mubama from suspension as he sat out of their Carabao Cup defeat against Bradford City in midweek. The Manchester City loanee is set to return to the starting lineup.
Fellow forwards Sam Gallagher and Lamine Cisse remain out of action due to injury.
Sorba Thomas and Million Manhoef are likely to man the flanks, while Lewis Baker will look to pull the strings from midfield.
Stoke vs West Brom Stats
- Three of the past four meetings have ended in a draw
- BTTS has landed in each of the last six meetings
West Brom are waiting to see if winger Tom Fellows will be available at the weekend. The club have agreed a £10m deal with Southampton for the England U21 international but it has not been formalised yet.
The Baggies have bolstered their defensive ranks this week with the signing of Chris Mepham from AFC Bournemouth, and the Welshman may be considered to make his debut against Stoke.
They have experienced a change at right-back with Darnell Furlong moving on to Ipswich Town and Alfie Gilchrist moving to The Hawthorns from Chelsea.
Boss Ryan Mason will be in the stands as he serves a suspension he picked up in last week's stalemate with Portsmouth. The Albion head coach is missing Daryl Dike (thigh) and Tammer Bany (unspecified) due to injury.
Stoke have won their first three league games and they are 13/8 (which has an implied probability of 38.1%) to make it four on the bounce.
Three of the past four meetings between the two sides in the second tier have ended in a stalemate, and the draw is marketed at 11/5.
West Brom are 7/4 to come away with the victory, which they managed on their last away trip to Wrexham.
Both teams have found the net in each of the last six head-to-head contests and BTTS is priced at 4/5 on this occasion.
Draw @ 11/5
These two teams have started the season strongly, particularly Stoke as they have picked up the maximum nine points on offer. Mark Robins looks to have really benefitted from having a pre-season with his squad and it seems like some of the magic he was regularly using at Coventry City is starting to take effect in Stoke-on-Trent.
They have plenty of momentum behind them and this will be a tough place for West Brom to visit, but they too have started the season in good form. The Albion have won two of their opening three fixtures and this will also be a difficult match for Stoke to face.
There are plenty of good players to admire among both squads and so I think this could be a very entertaining affair. But I do think they will end up cancelling each other out and will have to settle for a point apiece.
It's early days, but I think both camps would consider that an excellent based on how they have both started the new term.

Both teams to score @ 4/5
I think it will be an entertaining draw, though, as both teams have both been impressive in the first few weeks of the season. I doubt this will be a contest that lacks goals given the quality both teams have in attack.
Both teams to score seems like a sensible selection because both Stoke and West Brom have seen two of their three Championship games thus far produce goals at either end of the pitch - including each of their most recent outings against Southampton and Portsmouth respectively.
Additionally, BTTS has landed in each of the last six meetings between the two clubs and I believe we will see this trend continue on Saturday.
