Salisbury Tips: Cyndi Lauper may have an interest on Friday

There are eight race meetings to choose from across the UK and Ireland on Friday, so there is going to be something for all racing fans. I am particularly drawn to the six-race card taking place at Salisbury and I have picked out three horses for you to consider across the day.
Below you will find my Salisbury Tips.
Salisbury Tips - Friday, August 29
*odds correct at time of publication
17:13 - Ajrad @ 9/4
The card gets underway in the early evening and this Class 5 handicap over 1m for amateur jockeys is the opening race of the day. Ten runners are declared for this contest and the one heading here with the strongest form is AJRAD for Rod Millman's yard.
The seven-year-old gelding has won two and placed second across his past four starts, which have all come at Chepstow (Three over 1m and one over 7f). The two victories came over Friday's distance, which puts him in excellent shape heading to Salisbury.
The son of New Approach can handle good to soft ground but he wouldn't want it to be too soft, as that may lead to a few problems. But his recent performances commands respect in this field and he holds strong claims.

18:13 - Project Incheon @ 2/1
Six horses are declared for this Class 6 nursery handicap over 1m and there are a couple of notable contenders heading into this one with claims. I have a good feeling about PROJECT INCHEON, representing Archie Watson's yard.
The two-year-old gelding is seeking his first success and his last appearance, a second-place at Kempton (AW) over 7f on August 20, leaves room for improvement as he was outpaced towards the end.
The step up in trip may better suit him here and help him in his cause, as might the new fitted cheekpieces and the capable Hollie Doyle being on board.

18:43 - Time After Time @ 3/1
This one goes out to Cyndi Lauper, who had a song with the same title in 1983 - and if you haven't heard it, what have you been doing? TIME AFTER TIME was a hit then and I think this three-year-old filly can enjoy success at Salisbury on Friday.
She contests this Class 5 handicap over 1m and while her handicapping career got off to a slow start, it has proven better for her to return to this trip. The daughter of Time Test got off the mark at the seventh time of asking at Chepstow last month, before following up with another victory at Haydock on her latest appearance on August 9.
Time After Time heads to Salisbury with a 4lb and this will be another test for her, but she arrives with momentum in her bid to secure a third consecutive success.
