Wimbledon Betting Tips: Draper eyeing third-round place

We're still early on in week one of this year's Wimbledon but there's been plenty of drama already with the likes of Alexander Zverev, Stefanos Tsitsipas and Coco Gauff suffering early exits.
Day four once again sees plenty of British interest with the likes of Jack Draper and Dan Evans in action - and they're the focus of my Wimbledon Betting Tips for Thursday.

Set Betting - Novak Djokovic 3-1 vs Dan Evans @ 11/4
Novak Djokovic suffered half a scare in his opening match against Alexandre Muller on Tuesday, but he eventually came through in four sets.
The Serb had 11 break points and six set points in the set that he dropped, which is unlike the 24-time Grand Slam champion, as he usually has the mental fortitude to convert those chances.
The 38-year-old will now face a home favourite in Dan Evans, who cruised to a straight-sets triumph over fellow Brit Jay Clarke in his opening match. Evans certainly poses a tricky test for Djokovic, in my opinion, as he has plenty of grass court form this year and he enjoyed an impressive win over Frances Tiafoe at Queen's last month.
In addition, these two have only ever crossed paths once on the ATP Tour - at the Monte-Carlo Masters - in a match that Evans won in straight sets (6-4, 7-5).

Set Betting - Jack Draper 3-0 vs Marin Cilic @ 4/5
Jack Draper's first-round performance was mightily impressive, and it's not surprising to see him 1/14 to get past Marin Cilic on Thursday, a former finalist at SW19.
The 23-year-old established a 6-2, 6-2, 2-1 lead before his opponent Sebastian Baez retired due to a leg injury.
The British number one has momentum, as well as the crowd behind him here, and a straight-sets victory looks the most likely outcome to me here.
Cilic, on the other hand, is on a downward trajectory as his career winds down, and at 36, his best years are behind him. The Croatian hasn't beaten a top-five player in any of the last three years, so I can see him struggling against world number four Draper.
Draper has never actually progressed to the third round of Wimbledon before; a record he'll be desperate to extinguish on Thursday, and he should have too much firepower for former US Open champion Cilic.
