Tennis Betting Tips: Shnaider can stun Vekic again

A new week brings with it more tennis for us to sink our teeth into. We are edging ever closer to Wimbledon, with the qualifiers for the third Grand Slam of the year taking place this week.
Those who have qualified already are continuing their preparations elsewhere and it is these events that have caught the eye for my Monday Tennis Betting Tips, which you can check out below.

Set Betting - Diana Shnaider to beat Donna Vekic 2-1 @ 3/1
Donna Vekic came so close to reaching the Wimbledon final last year but it feels like it is going to be tough for her to repeat that feat in SW19 this time around. Her preparations continue at Bad Homburg and she faces Diana Shnaider, whom she has tussled with three times already.
Shnaider has the edge having won two of their meetings so far, with the latest coming last week in Berlin. The Russian defeated her opponent in straight sets and she looks to be well-adjusted to the grass courts.
She is one of the rising stars on the WTA Tour and Vekic knows this from her battles with her already. The Croatian will be hoping for a stronger display against Shnaider than the one last week, but I think the youngster will once again prove too much for her.
I'm going for Shnaider in three sets.

Set Betting Arthur Rinderknech to beat Damir Dzumhur 2-0 @ 5/6
In Mallorca, France's Arthur Rinderknech squares up against Bosnian Damir Dzumhur off the back of a much-needed confidence boost at Queen's, beating American duo Ben Shelton and Reilly Opelka.
His journey in West Kensington came to an end against the young superstar Carlos Alcaraz, who went on to claim his second Queen's title on Sunday. Rinderknech hasn't had the greatest of years so far but perhaps Queen's has presented a change in fortunes.
It will be interesting to see how he starts this match as there is the chance for old habits to creep back in but I think he will be lifted and we may just see confidence return to his play.
I'm backing him to prevail in straight sets here.

Set Betting - Ons Jabeur to beat Maya Joint 2-0 @ 5/6
Someone who will be hoping to overcome their Wimbledon demons is Tunisia's Ons Jabeur, who made back-to-back finals in 2022 and 2023. Many will say her window of opportunity has gone but tennis is so unpredictable that you cannot write anyone off with confidence.
Jabeur is competing in Eastbourne this week as she prepares herself for another run in SW19. She delivered one of her best performances in a long time against last year's Wimbledon runner-up Jasmine Paolini in Berlin. She may not have been able to follow it up but it was a hint of what she can still offer.
The 30-year-old faces Maya Joint on Monday in what is a first career meeting between the pair. Joint is unfamiliar with this surface, which will undoubtedly provide Jabeur the advantage.
However, she will still need to be strong to ensure she progresses. If we get a fraction of what we saw from her against Paolini, she should breeze through this match, and as such I'm going for her to win it in two sets.
