Lucky 15 Tips: Jo can win again for Grandad at Chester

Wonderful Saturday fare as per dear reader, and I've covered the ITV live races in a companion piece. One of them comes from a cracking eight-race card at Chester, and it's to the Roodee that we'll go for Saturday's Lucky 15 tips.
Action kicks in at 13:35, and around this quirky historic track there's always thrills and spills galore. Good luck, and enjoy!
Lucky 15 Tips - Saturday, May 31
Chester
14:10 - Bobby Bennu @ 5/1
I've previewed this one in the ITV live races piece, which you can peruse right here.
14:45 - Tricky Tel @ 11/8
Mr De Sousa is doing the steering once again - this time for 'local' Malpas Manor House Stables handler Hugo Palmer, great supporters (the Michael Owen connection) of racing at this venue.
Tricky Tel is a once-raced two-year-old who won at this very course 23 days ago, readily, under Oisin Murphy. The colt carries a 6lb penalty which makes life difficult, but he's got the form in the book and despite a wide draw in the seven box he can put that track familiarity and obvious ability to good use.
15:20 - Surrey Belle @ 11/4
A vastly more experienced campaigner now in the shape of Surrey Belle, a five-year-old mare by the great Derby and Arc-winning stallion Golden Horn.
This one just failed in the Chester Plate 22 days ago and has been nudged up a couple of pounds for her trouble, but importantly is in great nick AND evidently goes well here - a huge plus.
Adrian Keatley trains in North Yorkshire and jockey Nathan Evans gets a Saturday chance to showcase his talents on a genuine staying type.
15:55 - Spirit Of Acklam @ 11/4
Stamina-laden handicappers are again to the fore - 1m 4f-and-change this time not 2m - and it looks every bit as competitive. I've sided with Spirit Of Acklam, a four-year-old Cracksman gelding with Mick and David Easterby in North Yorkshire.
He took an Ayr handicap off 79 nicely enough 33 days ago and bids to defy a 4lb hike at a new trip - up 2f or so, which judging by the manner of his win in Scotland looks eminently do-able.
Mick's granddaughter, the excellent Jo Mason, has the riding assignment once again and as the horse was in career-best territory last time I've high hopes he'll be up to doing the business in Cheshire on Saturday.
This is an example of a Lucky 15. If you can improve upon my selections (of course you can), then go for it!
The odds can fluctuate between publishing our pieces and race-time. As a guide, a £0.50p win Lucky 15 on today's selections, at the prices, and assuming all four won, would return around £265 for your total £7.50 stake.
Fred, 'The Bonus King,' invented the 'Lucky' series of bets and their bonuses. My colleague Adam has set out all you need to know with this handy guide - take a look by clicking here.
