Indians finished one place below Titans in the regular-season standings, but they are 4/7 to beat their 11/8 rivals in Mullanpur.
Gujarat openers Sai Sudharsan and Shubman Gill were the top two runscorers in this season's league stage and the Titans are 8/13 to have the highest opening partnership. Mumbai are 6/5 and the draw is 22/1.
Team News
Gujarat Titans brought in Sri Lanka batter Kusal Mendis to replace Jos Buttler, who has returned to England for the ODI series against the West Indies.
South Africa fast bowler Kagiso Rabada is also on international duty and New Zealand all-rounder Glenn Phillips (groin) is sidelined.
Indians wicketkeeper-batter Ryan Rickelton and all-rounder Will Jacks are unavailable due to international commitments.
England's Jonny Bairstow should open the batting with Rohit Sharma, while Charith Asalanka and Bevon Jacobs are vying for a place in the middle-order.
Suryakumar Yadav to score over 30.5 runs @ 5/6
T20 cricket is a volatile format, but Indians star Suryakumar Yadav has been a model of consistency in this season's IPL.
Suryakumar, who captains India's T20 side, is one of the world's best 20-over batters and he has scored 640 runs in 14 innings this term.
That is a new record for Mumbai, eclipsing the legendary Sachin Tendulkar's 2010 tally of 618, and SKY may well rack up more runs in the play-offs.
He should be backed to score over 30.5 runs against Gujarat, having made 48 and 35 in this season's league defeats to the Titans.
Suryakumar comes into the Eliminator in fine form after top-scoring with 73 not out against Delhi Capitals and 57 against Punjab Kings in his last two outings.

Shahrukh Khan to be Top Home Team Batter @ 11/1
Gujarat's openers Sudharsan and Gill, along with number three Buttler, have dominated their runscoring this season, but middle-order man Shahrukh Khan is an eye-catching price to be the Titans' top batter against Mumbai.
The Indians have a classy bowling attack including ace India paceman Jasprit Bumrah and New Zealand stalwarts Trent Boult and Mitchell Santner.
If Gujarat lose early wickets then Shahrukh has the ability to rebuild the innings, as he demonstrated in last week's high-scoring defeat to Lucknow Super Giants.
He thumped 57 off just 29 balls - comfortably the highest score of the Gujarat innings - and followed up by hitting a couple of sixes in his knock of 19 against Chennai.
