Team News
In his post-match interview on Thursday night, Ruben Amorim suggested that he will 'take a risk' in the Premier League by resting his starters and fielding some younger players in order to prepare for the Europa League semi-final.
Therefore, we could see a number of changes to the Manchester United starting XI on Sunday. Jonny Evans has recently returned to training after recovering from a long-term muscular problem, so he could be handed some minutes this weekend.
Lisandro Martinez and Joshua Zirkzee will miss the rest of the campaign, while Ayden Heaven could return after missing the midweek clash with Lyon due to a knock.
Matthijs de Ligt has now missed United's last four matches with a foot injury, but the Netherlands international is due to return to training next week.
Manchester United vs Wolves Stats
- United have won just one of their last five league encounters, and suffered a 2-0 loss against Wolves at Molineux on Boxing Day
- Wolves have won their last four Premier League outings, and haven't lost away from home in the league since the 2-1 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield on February 16
Vitor Pereira has had the luxury of naming an unchanged team for the last five matches, although he could make some alterations here.
Despite the return of Matheus Cunha from suspension last weekend against Tottenham Hotspur, Pereira stuck with his tried and tested starting XI from the off once again and the Brazilian had to settle for a place on the bench. However, Cunha could return to the fold to lead the line, given that he scored in the reverse fixture between the sides earlier in the season.
Jean-Ricner Bellegarde and Matt Doherty were both withdrawn early against Spurs and remains to be seen whether the pair will be fit enough to feature this weekend.
Manchester United vs Wolves Odds
The Betfred traders have United priced up at 13/10 to make it back-to-back wins at Old Trafford within the space of four days, giving them an implied win probability of 43.5%. The draw is available at 12/5 and Wolves can be backed at 11/5 to win their fifth game on the spin in the league.
Cunha leads the anytime goalscorer market at 13/5, with Bruno Fernandes the shortest-priced for the hosts at 9/4.
Over 3.5 goals @ 9/4
If anything was to sum up the unpredictability of this Manchester United side, Thursday night was it.
This season looked done and dusted for Amorim's men after throwing away a 2-0 lead to be 4-2 down against 10-man Lyon, only to score three times in the last seven minutes of extra time to somehow progress to the last four of the Europa League.
For that reason alone, I'm steering clear of predicting a match result on Sunday and sticking with something that has been a constant theme throughout United's campaign - goals.
The Red Devils have only fired blanks in two of their last 12 matches across all competitions, while Wolves' last outing saw them put four past Spurs in a rousing 4-2 win, with their last two away games also ending in 2-1 victories.
This bet has proven to be a winner in each of United's last three outings, so I'm backing it to land at Old Trafford once more on Sunday.

Both teams to score @ 8/11
Following on from my first tip, I'm also backing both teams to find the back of the net this weekend.
As mentioned above, United have fired blanks in just two games in their last 12, and have shown consistently this season that they can score but their defence is vulnerable.
The Red Devils let in four against Newcastle United last Sunday, and Wolves have scored seven goals across their last three league games.
Both teams to score has landed in five of the visitors' last six Premier League contests, as well as in each of United's last three fixtures across all competitions.
