Team News
Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been absent with a hamstring problem since January and is expected to miss out again this weekend, while Orel Mangala will join him on the sidelines as the on-loan Lyon midfielder continues his recovery from a ruptured ACL.
Jesper Lindstrom, on loan from Napoli, recently underwent surgery for a hernia and is expected to miss the majority of the rest of the season as a result.
As for the visitors, first-choice goalkeeper Ederson is facing a spell out with a long-standing groin problem that he aggravated against Palace last weekend, while Phil Foden could return to the fold here after missing the win over the Eagles with a knock.
Erling Haaland suffered an injury to his left ankle in the FA Cup win over Bournemouth at the end of March, and the Norway international is not expected to be available until the final stages of the campaign.
Rodri is expected to be absent until the end of the season, as is Nathan Ake, who underwent successful surgery on a fracture on his left foot at the beginning of March. John Stones has been sidelined since February after sustaining a thigh injury in the Champions League defeat to Real Madrid.
Everton vs Manchester City Stats

- The reverse fixture between the pair was a 1-1 draw at the Etihad Stadium on Boxing Day
Everton vs Manchester City Odds
Everton are 3/1 to claim all three points, with the draw available at 13/5 and a Man City victory is currently priced up at 19/20, giving them an implied win probability of 51.30%.
Omar Marmoush, who scored in the win over Crystal Palace, currently leads the anytime goalscorer market at 13/10, while Beto is shortest-priced for the hosts at 2/1.
Double Chance - Everton or Draw @ 5/6
I've touched on City's win over Palace last weekend, but they had to fight from two goals down against the Eagles to secure the three points - and it could have easily been three goals had Eberechi Eze remained onside for his disallowed strike.
There appears to be signs of vulnerability in this City side, and there has been since Rodri went down with injury. I'm expecting them to face a tough challenge on Merseyside this weekend against a resilient Everton outfit.
The Toffees have lost just one of their last 12 league matches, and they've taken points off high-flying Liverpool, Nottingham Forest, Manchester United and Arsenal during that time.
Five of Everton’s last seven league games have ended as draws, so backing the Toffees avoid defeat could be the way to go.

Under 2.5 goals @ 1/1
My next pick is focusing on the goal market.
Everton's last six matches have seen under 2.5 goals land, and they've only shipped two goals at Goodison Park across their last two matches in front of their own fans.
This City team are still capable of racking up the score, as demonstrated in last week's triumph, but Everton have been excellent defensively of late, and I think City will find them hard to break down.
