There is a wide range of football matches coming our way on Saturday, so it feels only right to throw together an accumulator for the day. I fancy a straight match result one this time around, and I have hand-picked six matches from across the Premier League, Championship and FA Cup.

Read on for my football accumulator tips for Saturday, November 2, which pays out at an appetising 18/1.

Liverpool to beat Brighton & Hove Albion @ 2/5

Arne Slot has enjoyed a bright start to his Liverpool career, with the Reds winning seven of their opening nine matches in the Premier League. They return to Anfield this weekend looking to get back to winning ways after having to settle for a point at Arsenal last weekend.

They entertain Brighton & Hove Albion who have won four games themselves, and like Liverpool, they've lost just once. The Seagulls will be out for revenge here after Liverpool knocked them out of the Carabao Cup in midweek on the south coast, winning an exciting 3-2 encounter.

Liverpool started the game without Mohamed Salah, former Brighton man Alexis Mac Allister and Virgil van Dijk, so they will look much stronger at the weekend. They were able to beat the Seagulls with a rotated side, so I think it should be slightly easier with a full-strength XI.

I'm expecting goals between these sides once again, with the Reds to come out on top for the second time this week.

Manchester City to beat Bournemouth @ 4/7

Manchester City were knocked out of the Carabao Cup in midweek also, with their exit coming at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur, who have been a constant thorn in the side of Pep Guardiola's team for several years.

The Citizens will be looking to respond at the weekend as league action resumes, in which they have won three on the bounce. They are still adjusting to life without newly-crowned Ballon d'Or winner Rodri in the middle of the park, but Guardiola will find a way for them to be as efficient as possible.

Man City travel to Bournemouth on Saturday, who are unbeaten in their last two matches. However, the Cherries are constantly struggling for consistency, as shown by their two defeats in their last five.

They defeated Arsenal 2-0 a couple of weeks ago, so they can certainly provide City a challenge, but with the attacking quality the visitors have, namely Erling Haaland, Man City should be picking up their fourth win in a row.

Nottingham Forest to beat West Ham United @ 6/5

Nottingham Forest are flying so far in the Premier League as they sit seventh in the table, just two points outside the top four. The Tricky Trees have just won two games on the bounce and they will be seeking a third when West Ham United head to the City Ground on Saturday.

The Hammers will be buoyed by their late win against Manchester United last weekend, but in all honesty, the Red Devils were always fair game to anyone under Erik ten Hag. West Ham boss Julen Lopetegui has still a way to go to prove he is what the club needs to exceed the things achieved by his predecessor David Moyes, but time is still needed before we can pass judgement.

They are going to be in for a tough a game against an in-form Forest side, and I fancy the hosts to register a third consecutive victory for the first time since they returned to the top-flight in 2022/23.

Leeds United to beat Plymouth Argyle @ 2/11

Leeds United are finding their rhythm in the Championship as they aim to overcome their heartache from last season and seal their return to the Premier League this year. Daniel Farke's side are still looking to convert more draws into wins as they have already picked up five stalemates in their first 12 matches.

They have only lost just once, though, as they sit third and five points behind league leaders Sunderland. Leeds welcome Plymouth Argyle to Elland Road on Saturday, and the Pilgrims have not been happy travellers this term.

Wayne Rooney's side have collected just one point and scored a single goal in six matches on the road this campaign, and I cannot see their fortunes turning against one of the strongest teams in the division.

Norwich City to beat Cardiff City @ 8/5

I would say this is probably my toughest pick of the bunch, and you can see that in Norwich City's price. I am bravely backing the Canaries to beat Cardiff City away from home, whose results have picked up since Erol Bulut was relieved from his position.

The Bluebirds are unbeaten in their last five matches, winning three in the process. Norwich have won just once in their last five but have drawn the other four. It's not terrible but it's not great for a side hoping to finish in the play-offs again.

They need to find a way to start converting these draws into wins. Johannes Hoff Thorup has got his side playing some nice attacking football this season, but they can't afford to be left behind in the promotion race.

With the likes of the league's top scorer Borja Sainz and Josh Sargent, they have lots of quality in attack, and they should be able to edge this contest in Cardiff.

Wycombe Wanderers to beat York City @ 3/10

In the FA Cup, League 1 Wycombe Wanderers welcome National League leaders York City to Adams Park. The Chairboys are second in the third tier and just three points behind big-spenders Birmingham City.

Wycombe haven't lost a game in the league since losing to the Blues back in the second week of the campaign. Matt Bloomfield's side are on a winning run of four matches, and I think it's worth backing their streak to continue in the cup.

York will be feeling confident given their start in the National League, so this could be a captivating affair in Buckinghamshire. We could be in for goals at both ends, but I'm expecting the Chairboys to come out on top in 90 minutes.
