Wolves vs Man City Bet Builder Tips: Haaland to bounce back with a brace

Premier League strugglers welcome defending champions Manchester City to Molineux on Sunday (14:00, Sky Sports Main Event) still searching for their first win of the season. Gary O'Neil's side are bottom of the table with six defeats from seven.
City are unbeaten so far and they are gunning for their sixth win of the campaign. Below you will find my Wolves vs Man City bet builder tips, which pays out at an enticing 20/1.
Wolves vs Man City Bet Builder Tips
- Man City to win
- Over 3.5 Man City goals
- Erling Haaland to score two or more goals
- Joao Gomes 2+ fouls
- Nelson Semedo to receive a card

Man City to win
This one is straightforward. City have been going well in the early weeks of the campaign, while Wolves have been terrible. The Old Gold supporters will be fearing how many goals they concede to Pep Guardiola's side on Sunday, having already seen Chelsea fire six past them this season.
City have won five of their opening seven matches and I think it's very unlikely that we will experience their first defeat against this fragile Wolves outfit. Although, they have conceded the first goal in four of their last six outings in the top-flight, but even then they have still picked up 10 points from losing positions - the most in the division.
So even if Wolves were to snatch an early goal here, it shouldn't make a difference because over the course of 90 minutes, City will have too much quality for them and I expect them to win this match comfortably.
Over 3.5 Man City goals
So comfortable in fact that I am backing them to rack up quite a few goals in this one. There has been one occasion this season in which the Citizens have fired four goals past an opponent, and that was against Ipswich Town at the Etihad Stadium back in August.
And I would say that the Tractor Boys are at least a couple of levels above Wolves right now as they are showing fight in each game, and I don't think they are too far away from their first win of the campaign.
I have no such feelings towards Wolves, and I think they are going to be in for another rough afternoon in the Premier League. They've conceded 21 goals already, the most by some distance in the top-flight, so I believe Man City's attackers can have a field day playing against them on Sunday.
Erling Haaland to score two or more goals
One in particular who can profit is their superstar striker Erling Haaland. The Norwegian returns from international duty having just become his country's all-time leading men's goalscorer, so he will be high on confidence heading to the West Midlands this weekend.
Haaland also has 10 goals in the Premier League this term, and there have been three occasions in which he has found the back of the net on more than one occasion. He netted back-to-back hat-tricks against Ipswich and West Ham United, as well as bagging a brace against Brentford.
The forward will be itching to face the worst defence in the league as he has blanked in his last two league appearances. I think the drought will end on Sunday, and I will be very surprised if he scores less than two at Molineux.
Joao Gomes 2+ fouls
Brazilian midfielder Joao Gomes has been getting in a lot of trouble for Wolves this season, mostly due to frustration. He has been penalised for 17 fouls this season in the Premier League, the most of any Wolves player.
He is averaging 2.4 fouls per game, so I think it's only right to back him to commit two more this weekend against the reigning champions. Wolves are going to have very little possession in this match, so they are going to have to do a lot of defensive work in this one, and I think we will see more frustration come out in Gomes' play.
Nelson Semedo to receive a card
A player who is going to have to be very alert in this game is Wolves right-back Nelson Semedo. The defender is going to be tasked with dealing with either Jack Grealish or Jeremy Doku, who are both very good at drawing fouls.
The Portugal international has committed 10 fouls this term already and he has been booked on three occasions. I think he offers value to pick up his fourth on Sunday because of the pedigree of attacking players he will be coming up against, who are so good at winning free-kicks.
