Summer arrivals Moise Kean, Andrea Colpani and Marin Pongracic all made their competitive debuts for Fiorentina at the weekend as they drew their Serie A opener 1-1 with Parma. Each of them will be hoping to get their first taste of European football for La Viola and head coach Raffaele Palladino should leave them in the starting lineup.

Nico Gonzalez, last season's top scorer, is unlikely to be named in the squad once again, as the winger continues to be linked with a switch to Juventus before the transfer window closes.

For the visitors, they had Artem Favorov to thank for booking their place in the play-offs, with his injury-time goal against Ararat-Armenia seeing his side win their third qualifying round tie 4-3 on aggregate. As you can imagine, the odds on Fiorentina to win across a lot of the markets don't offer much value. I have gone for a correct scoreline to boost a Fiorentina victory and have gone for 2-0. They earned a hard-fought draw at Parma and while I think Puskas can cause them some problems in this tie, La Viola's recent pedigree in this competition should be too much to handle.

It may not be as easy to reach the final this time. Fiorentina have lost several key players, they look set to lose Gonzalez too, and Palladino is just weeks into his new post. However, there are some talented players who can ensure they give Europe another good go this term.

The home advantage in the first leg should also play its part. It will be a tricky match, but the home crowd spurring the players on should help them to take the advantage in the tie ahead of next week's trip to Hungary.

At 24, you think this is the time where he needs to start delivering on a consistent basis, and Fiorentina feel as though they can unlock the very best out of him.
