Tennis Betting Tips: Can we follow up yesterday’s three winners?

What a day it was yesterday - all three tips landed as Novak Djokovic, Stefanos Tsitsipas and Carlos Alcaraz all won in straight sets.

My tennis betting tips for Tuesday once again focus on the Paris Olympics and you can find my three picks below.

Set Betting - Taylor Fritz to beat Jack Draper 2-1 @ 13/5

My first pick focuses on British number one Jack Draper, and he faces Taylor Fritz in the second round of the Men's Singles.

Fritz defeated Draper in Munich in a close match back in April, but neither player considers themselves a clay-court specialist. The American should be considered favourite here given how comfortable he was in the straight-sets victory over Alexander Bublik, but Draper could give him a run for his money. Both men are also strong servers, so landing a break of serve could be crucial to achieving victory.

The Brit took out Kei Nishikori 6-1 6-4 in the first round, and looks to be improving on the clay courts this season. However, I'm backing Fritz to win in three sets in another closely-fought contest.

Set Betting - Alexander Zverev to beat Tomas Machac 2-0 @ 4/9

Alexander Zverev has won four of his last five matches, and the only loss came in the ATP Hamburg final against Arthur Fils. In Paris, Zverev beat Jaume Munar comfortably in the first round, and I'm expecting another professional performance here.

Tomas Machac edged his first-round match against Zhang Zhizhen in three sets, and while Machac is a solid player, nerves can play a part in these high-profile matches.

Zverev won the gold medal in the Men's Singles in Tokyo and will be used to this kind of pressure, and is one of the best clay court players on tour. I think Machac has his work cut out for him here.

Match Betting - Dan Evans/Andy Murray to beat Sander Gille/Joran Vliegen @ 9/4

Andy Murray and Dan Evans' epic comeback in the previous round has been one of the highlights of the tournament so far, saving five match points and delaying Murray's retirement in the process, and they'll be riding that momentum heading into this encounter.

In reality, the pair didn't play their best in that match, and will need to step it up against the Belgians, who reached the French Open final in 2023. However, I think the Brits will draw inspiration from what they did in the last match and improve enough to win again.

I'm hoping that the British fairytale can be extended for another round.
