Tennis Betting Tips: Berrettini to secure a second consecutive title

The tennis at the Olympic Games in Paris gets underway on Saturday with some of the best players in the world having gathered in the French capital in a bid to taste a rare piece of glory.
I have picked out one of the matches taking place here for my tennis betting tips, along with two ATP finals taking place at the Austrian Open Kitzbuhel and the Croatia Open. Below you will find my selections and my reasonings.
Tennis Betting Tips - Saturday, July 27
Matteo Berrettini to beat Hugo Gaston 2-1 @ 11/4
Matteo Berrettini looks to be unstoppable right now. The former Wimbledon finalist is taking part in his second ATP final in as many appearances, having won the Swiss Open last weekend. He has carried that momentum with him into the Austrian Open and he looks primed to add another title to his collection.
He has been on a roll for winning games in straight sets, with his last nine matches all being wrapped up in two sets which is very impressive. However, I do see that run coming to an end on Saturday against Hugo Gaston in the final.
The Frenchman, like Berrettini, has been demonstrating some excellent tennis on court this past week, and he will present the 28-year-old with his toughest challenge so far at this event. It has all the makings to be an entertaining final with both players having looked sharp all week, but it is one I am still expecting Berrettini to emerge from victorious.
The only difference being that I see this match going all the way.
Lorenzo Musetti to beat Francisco Cerundolo 2-1 @ 11/4
It is amazing what a strong run at a Grand Slam can do for a player, and Lorenzo Musetti looks to be profiting greatly from his semi-final adventure at Wimbledon. The young Italian's development has improved drastically since his excellent journey at the All England Lawn Club and now in his first appearance since, he has made it to the final of the Croatia Open.
He faces Argentina Francisco Cerundolo in Saturday's showpiece, and should he win, he will match his career high ranking of 15, before he jets off to Paris to compete in the Olympics. He is riding a wave of momentum that his opponent will find difficult to stop, but Cerundolo himself has been demonstrating some excellent stuff on court this week.
The 25-year-old's straight-set victory over Andrey Rublev on Friday really caught the eye and that is something Musetti will need to be watchful of in this contest - he cannot underestimate Cerundolo, who is aiming to beat the Italian for the first time.
Musetti has won their two previous meetings, which were both on clay, so there is a reason why he is the favourite to prevail here. Right now, I would say that Musetti is a few steps clear of his opponent in terms of development in both talent and potential.
As it's a final it won't be easy, but I have Musetti to get the job done in three sets.
Anna Karolina Schmiedlova to beat Katie Boulter @ 1/1
Great Britain's Katie Boulter takes on Slovakia's Anna Karolina Schmiedlova in the first round at the Olympics, but unfortunately I think this is as far as the Brit will go in Paris.
Boulter always tends to deliver her best tennis on grass, whereas she can be hit and miss on the other surfaces. She seems to need longer to adjust when she isn't playing on grass, which makes me believe she could be a slow starter on clay in Paris.
The 27-year-old is certainly the more powerful player of the two, and her clay game looked to improve as she pushed Paula Badosa hard at the French Open earlier in the year. However, it has been two months since her last appearance on clay and I think her adjustment habit could come back to bite her here and deliver a premature exit at the Olympic Games.
I think Schmiedlova can pull off an upset here and I think 1/1 offers good value for her to do so.
