Tennis Betting Tips: Djokovic’s confidence will be too much for Norrie

Day nine at the French Open delivers some captivating ties as British star Cameron Norrie tussles with three-time champion Novak Djokovic, while British number one Jack Draper battles against Alexander Bublik.

I've taken a look at the Men's and Women's Singles taking place on Monday and have laid out what I consider some of the best bets of the day. Check out my Tennis Betting Tips below.

Set Betting - Novak Djokovic 3-1 vs Cameron Norrie @ 23/10

Roland Garros may be Djokovic's weakest Grand Slam, if we can really call anything about his success weak, but he has been excellent here so far in 2025, not dropping a single set.

The Serbian has also been given a favourable draw, so there is already talk of him claiming his fourth crown here, which would equal the amount of US Open titles he's won. He faces Norrie in the round of 16 and the British star has not been anywhere near as consistent as Djokovic over the past week in Paris.

Djokovic has breezed past his opponents to date, whereas Norrie has been pushed despite winning in straight sets in his last two appearances. His best showing was in the first round against former world number one Daniil Medvedev, which was a five-set thriller.

My thinking is that if he can rise to that level against Djokovic, he may be the first player to take a set off the 24-time Grand Slam winner, but ultimately I think his opponent's quality will shine through.

I have Djokovic to prevail in four sets.

Set Betting - Jack Draper 3-1 vs Alexander Bublik @ 12/5

Over the past 18 months, we have seen performances from Draper that hint that he could be the next British men's star to win a Grand Slam title. His run to the US Open semi-finals last year has set him up nicely at Roland Garros and he has been performing well out on the clay.

He faces a test against Alexander Bublik on Monday as the Kazakh has flown under the radar in Paris so far. His fight back from two sets down to beat Alex de Minaur in the second round was most impressive and he then went on to defeat Joao Fonseca in straight sets.

Bublik tends to go off impulsive creativity, which could catch Draper off guard, but the Brit will back his power game to get him over the line once again. Draper has been involved in two four-set matches so far, and I think we will see a third here.

I have Draper to win 3-1.

Set Betting - Madison Keys 2-1 vs Hailey Baptiste @ 3/1

My final selection comes from the Women's Singles draw, and it centres around Madison Keys, who claimed her maiden Grand Slam title at the Australian Open, defeating back-to-back champion Aryna Sabalenka earlier this year.

Roland Garros hasn't been a happy hunting ground for Keys in recent years, having failed to progress past the quarter-finals since 2019. Her best performance in Paris came the year before, reaching the semi-finals.

The American squares up against compatriot Hailey Baptiste in the round of 16, and Baptiste has been making great strides in her development of late. This match promises excitement as Baptiste's fearless hitting will look to match Keys' power, so expect a lot of action around the baseline.

Keys has a major success behind her and she has been strong on clay over the past week, and showed her mental resilience to save three match points against fellow American Sofia Kenin last time out.

As a result, she should prove too strong for Baptiste at Roland Garros, but I'm backing her opponent to take the match to a decider.
