Greetings, Jungle fans. I thought Marvin's days were numbered but he survived after all last night. The fair Danielle was sent back to civilisation instead, but the former JLS gent is a very warm order to leave this evening (Friday Dec 8th) at 4/11.

It's then Josie Gibson 9/4, Nigel Farage 15/2, Tony Bellew 9/1, and Sam Thompson 50/1 (all quoted).

As to winning the whole shooting match, Sam is red-hot; we go Sam Thompson 1/2, Nigel Farage 10/3, Tony Bellew 6/1, Josie Gibson 18/1, and Marvin Humes 80/1.

There's just five of them left. The challenges are nearly done. Who's in line for the crown? Who's in line for the chop? We'll find out soon enough on I'm a Celebrity - get me out of heeeeeeere ....

I'm a Celebrity next to leave odds, Friday

After tipping up Marvin to go yesterday it's fair to say that I got that one wrong. I expect to be right however this evening, when the former boy band star may well find his time in camp is up.

He's 4/11 to be eliminated tonight, which isn't a price I can happily tip up. If you want to get involved, perhaps include it in a treble or a permed bet, with some other elements today or over the weekend perhaps? Of course you never know - it might not come to pass at all, but I reckon it's by far the most likely scenario; as do our traders.

What's incredibly interesting to me is the shortening of Nigel Farage, in to 10/3 second-fav to win it, and be crowned King of the Jungle. I can just see the potential newspaper headlines.

He's quite ruthlessly exploited the '25% added airtime' factor of being involved in as many trials as possible, and though he's had several camp critics regarding his politics and especially that high-profile association with the controversial Leave campaign ahead of Brexit, the atmosphere in camp I'd categorise as being fairly normal on the whole.

Hard to gauge the levels of support he'll maintain as the numbers dwindle even more, but for someone who divides opinion so passionately to be thought that near to potentially wearing the crown is quite something.

I suppose in many ways it's mirroring the 'cycle' of Matt Hancock at this time last year. Should make for a fascinating last few days of cyclones, bugs and more unspeakable pieces of digestive torture.

I'm having a little 'tickle' on Tony (ooh, matron) at 6/1 to win the competition outright. Small, fun stakes, but the genial, gentle giant (ish) will have plenty of followers I reckon, willing him on.

I'm a Celeb - ITV tonight, Friday, Dec 8th, 21.00.
