European Champions Cup action continues on Sunday (15:00) and there’s an all-French affair to look forward to as Toulouse host Racing 92 at Stade Ernest-Wallon.

Here's our Toulouse vs Racing 92 predictions for your consideration.

Toulouse vs Racing 92 Tips

  • Toulouse -19.5 @ 5/4

Match Odds

Toulouse are 1/12 favourites to win in 80 minutes, while Racing 92 are available at 7/1 to cause a shock in the south of France.

A draw on the day is currently 25/1, while Racing to be leading at the half-time whistle is available at 3/1.

Team News

Toulouse have been handed a significant boost with the return of star fly-half Romain Ntamack to the starting lineup.

The France playmaker missed the 2023 World Cup and the Six Nations this year but has returned from his knee injury at the business end of the season for Toulouse.

Ntamack is back to reform the best half-back partnership in the game with Antoine Dupont, while Pita Ahku and Pierre-Louis Barassi start in the centres.

The back-three is made up of Scotland full-back Blair Kinghorn, alongside wings Matthis Lebel and Juan Cruz Mallia.

In the front-row Cyril Baille, Pesto Mauvaka and Dorian Aldegheri lineup, with Emmanuel Meafou and Richie Arnold in the engine room.

Back-row for Toulouse sees Jack Willis, Alexandre Roumat and Francois Cros start from the off.

As for Racing, Hassane Kolingar, Peniami Narisia and Cedate Gomes Sa make up the front-row, with locks Will Rowlands and Baptiste Chouzenoux in behind.

A back-row of Cameron Woki, Siya Kolisi and Jordan Joseph will be determined to have an impact at the breakdown, while Clovis Le Bail and Tristian Tedder start in the half-backs.

Outside them Henry Chavancy and Gael Fickou form the centres, with the back-three made up of Henry Arundell, Max Spring and Wama Naituvi.

Former Wasps winger and brief NFL running-back Christian Wade is named among the substitutes and will look to have an impact off the bench late on.

Toulouse -19.5 @ 5/4

Winning all of their last four meetings in the Top 14, Toulouse have had the measure of Racing 92 in recent times.

While games in Paris have been much tighter affairs, Stade Ernest-Wallon has proven to be a sorry hunting ground for Racing over the years.

Losing 37-10 and 41-14 on their last two trips to the home of Toulouse, it’s going to take something special from Racing to make this a tight contest.

There is nothing quite like Stade Ernest-Wallon on a Champions Cup day and the return of Ntamack to partner Dupont is going to give the home crowd an even bigger lift.

Toulouse are simply formidable at home in European competitions and they should have enough quality to fall on the right side of the -19.5 handicap.
