Harlequins vs Exeter Chiefs Prediction: Chiefs to boss Quins at Twickenham

Harlequins may have whipped Newcastle 76-17 last Sunday, yet it is tough to take much from that result given both teams' travails this season.
On Saturday (16:00 BST, TNT Sports 2), they host Exeter Chiefs at Twickenham Stoop; read on for my Harlequins vs Exeter Chiefs predictions, alongside team news and match odds.
Harlequins vs Exeter Chiefs Betting tips
That success over Newcastle was only Harlequins' fourth Gallagher Prem win of 2025/26 and they may struggle to back it up against Exeter Chiefs, who arrive in London on the back of beating champions Bath, and in fine style, 35-12.
They began the round fourth in the table and have a real chance to further boost their play-off hopes against a side they beat 38-0 at Sandy Park in October.
Quins are still chasing a top-eight spot and a place in next season's Champions Cup, but may come unstuck again in one of their showpiece fixtures.
The Big Summer kick-off game takes place at Twickenham, where they were well beaten by Bristol over the festive period.
Team News
Harlequins have made two changes from their win at Kingston Park, both in the pack, where Zach Carr starts in the second row and Jack Kenningham comes in at openside flanker.
Luke Northmore will lead the team out on the occasion of his 100th appearance for the club.
Exeter have named an unchanged XV from the side that ran out against Bath, with their only alteration on the bench, where blockbuster winger Immanuel Feyi-Waboso is included after coming through the HIA protocols.
Harlequins vs Exeter Chiefs Odds
Harlequins are 11/5 to win the Big Summer Kick-Off, with Exeter 2/5.
A tie is 18/1, while the handicap mark is set at nine points, with Exeter -9 priced at 20/21.
Exeter Chiefs to win by over 12 points @ 7/5
Quins lost December's Big Match 40-14 to Bristol the last time they played at Twickenham and, even on the back of destroying Newcastle, this side is too inconsistent to trust, especially against a strong Exeter outfit.
The win over Bath ended the Chiefs' three-game losing run, going down to Northampton and Gloucester in the league before losing to Ulster in the Challenge Cup.
That could have really hurt Rob Baxter's young squad, but they have regrouped and responded with a brilliant showing against Bath, and a win at HQ can help build momentum for two huge closing games.
With a weekend off for the European finals, Exeter are back in action away at Leicester, who are currently third, on 31 May.
They are at home on the final weekend of the regular season, but up against Saracens, who have won their last three and look to be finding form at the perfect time.
Baxter's boys beat Quins with plenty in hand in October and another decent Chiefs victory is expected.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
Immanuel Feyi-Waboso to score a try @ 21/20
While the massive Twickenham pitch may help the 'home' side play their preferred fluid style, it could also get the best out of the visitors, especially Feyi-Waboso.
He was flying before his concussion and will want his moment on the big stage after also missing the Six Nations through injury.
Exeter will be keen to get him on as soon as possible and he will relish being on the big stage.
