Starting with the Pumas, Mayco Vivas, skipper Julian Montoya and Tomas Rapetti start in the front row, with locks Guido Petti and Matías Alemanno in behind.
Santiago Grondona, Marcos Kremer and Joaquin Oviedo form a powerful back row, while Gonzalo García and Tomas Albornoz go again in the half-backs.
Justo Piccardo and Matias Moroni start in the centres, while Argentina have a back three of Mateo Carreras, Bautista Delguy and Santiago Carreras.

Argentina and England’s sporting rivalry has been reignited following their dramatic World Cup semi-final in the football and more fireworks are expected when they go head-to-head in this Nations Championship clash.
It has been a mixed campaign for both teams, with Argentina losing to Scotland, before easing past Wales last time out.
England were taught a lesson in physicality against South Africa in their Nations Championship opener, before cruising to a 73-8 win over Fiji at Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool last Saturday.
It has been a lot of travelling for this England squad over the past two weeks but there are reasons to suggest their trip to South America will be a fruitful one.
The Pumas have been conceding too many tries this month, with 10 conceded in their last two Tests against Scotland and Wales.
England have the attacking threats in the wide channels to cause Argentina serious problems in defence, while Borthwick’s pack will look to take the Pumas on up front.
Scotland scored seven tries against Argentina in their 47-38 win at the start of the month and four of those were scored by forwards.
England have an experienced pack that will test Argentine shoulders and the Red Rose are great value to win by over 12 points on Saturday to end their summer campaign on a high.
