A Hull derby that feels unmissable takes centre stage of the opening afternoon of Betfred Super League's Magic Weekend, with both sides looking to bounce back from bruising defeats last week (15:00 BST, live on Sky Sports Action).
Champions Rovers suffered a thumping defeat to Leeds for the second time this year, while FC showed real fight before succumbing to Challenge Cup winners Wigan - this could be a cracker. Read on for my Hull FC vs Hull KR predictions.

Team News
Hull KR have a few absentees this week after that humbling 34-8 loss at Leeds.
Former NRL prop Tevita Pangai Junior has been hit with a six-match ban for gouging following an incident at AMT Headingley.
Also missing this week is back row forward Dean Hadley after a failed Head Injury Assessment, while a third key forward Tom Amone suffered a serious facial injury in the Leeds game and also misses out. Amone is likely to be out for a couple of weeks after a clash of heads with Hadley - a costly incident for both players. Amone actually came back on having somehow passed his HIA, but an x-ray since has shown a fractured eye socket.
Winger Joe Burgess missed the Leeds loss and is again sidelined this week with a shoulder injury. Full-back Arthur Mourgue is still out.
Better news sees the return of England international Jez Litten - who was really missed at Leeds - and forward Sauaso Sue. Litten has had an ankle injury and Sue a shoulder problem.
Hull FC could well have beaten Wigan last week and look a different side with fit-again Lewis Martin on the wing. Opposite winger Harvey Barron is missing this week however. Utility Cade Cust comes into the squad in his place.
The injury list remains huge however with the likes of Will Pryce, John Asiata, Sam Lisone and Ligi Sao all out.
Hull KR 13+ points @ 8/13
I'm looking forward to this one, more so given their contrasting performances last week, but it is a shame so many big-name players are missing for both sides. That said, there is more than enough quality for a thrilling derby.
This feels like a game that could be almost anything. I don't think it could be a big Hull FC win, but it could easily be a big Rovers win or a narrow win either way.
The start for Hull FC at Wigan was huge last week at 26 points and they got within four, having actually led 10-4 at the break. Ultimately the feeling that "this will be a Wigan win but Hull have the capacity to put up a fight" was actually bang on - if a little close for comfort in the end!
So Hull can certainly take the game to the Robins this week, especially given how light the champions' pack is through injury. The problem is actually having the confidence to back this FC team - I did that a couple of weeks ago at home to Wakefield and they got hammered.
The handicap is 20 points which I understand but feel might be too big. I can't see the Black and Whites accepting humiliation at a packed Hill Dickinson Stadium.
I have Rovers to win, but am not feeling confident about it being a walloping. Derbies don't often work like that, especially on neutral ground. The one meeting this year was a 24-6 KR win.
In fact there hasn't been a victory margin of 20 points or more in this derby since March 2024. The last five games have all been tighter.
So I am going to back the favourites to win, but not on the handicap.

Price Boost: Mikey Lewis To Score A Try & Lewis Martin To Score A Try @ 5/2 3/1
We called a fit-again Lewis Martin as our pick at 5/4 last week and the FC man obliged with the opening try at Wigan, albeit in defeat.
I like Martin to score again in this one and he is 11/10 to do so in 80 minutes.
Rovers playmaker Mikey Lewis is rated the most likely scorer with Betfred at 4/6 for an anytime try, with wingers Tom Davies and Noah Booth 4/6 and 10/11 respectively.
I love both Lewis and Martin, and am also a big fan of word play. So combining the pair into a 3/1 punt for a Mikey and Lewis try, is a nice selection for this one.
