Let it Snow! Betfred launches £5m Christmas Draw Promotion

This Christmas at Betfred, we’re giving you the chance to win a cool £1 Million, if snow is lying at London Heathrow on Christmas morning.

All you need to do is to Opt-in to earn your first entry, and you will earn one additional entry for every betslip of £1 or more, up to a maximum of 100 entries.

You can earn entries when you bet on any Sportsbook market, Lotto draw or Virtual Sport. Whether you’re placing your weekend Football acca, a Lucky 15 on the Horse Racing or betting on the outcome of the Irish Lotto, you’ll earn entries as long as your betslip total is £1 or more and is placed and settled between 10^th November and 23:59 on 24^th December 2023.

If snow is lying at London Heathrow Airport Weather Station at 09:00 on Christmas morning, all the entries will go into a prize draw, and FIVE lucky customers will receive £1 Million to start 2024 in style.

Who is eligible for this Offer?

• New and existing verified online customers can take part.

How do you qualify?

• The promotional period runs from 00:00 UK Time on 10^th November until 23:59 UK Time on 24^th December 2023.
• Opt-in required during the promotional period.
• Opting in awards you one free entry.
• Claim one additional entry for every betslip of £1+ which is placed and settled during the promotional period.
• For the avoidance of doubt, a betslip containing multiple bets, e.g. four single bets of £0.25 totalling £1 or two £1 singles, would count as one entry into the prize draw.
• Bets on Sportsbook markets, Lotto draws and Virtual Sports will qualify.
• You can earn a maximum of 100 entries.

What will not qualify?

• Bets placed using Free Bets will not qualify.
• Stakes made on Bingo, Casino, Games or Poker will not qualify.
• If you CashOut your bet, it will not qualify.

• Void bets and non-runners will not count towards the offer.
• Bets placed but not settled during the promotional period will not qualify.

• Bets placed before the promotional period will not qualify.

What will you receive?

• If snow is lying at London Heathrow Airport Weather Station at 9am on 25^th December 2023, five customers will be drawn at random and each win £1,000,000 cash.
• You can win a maximum of 1 prize from this promotion.

When will you be credited?

• The draw will take place and the five winners will be contacted by telephone, using the number(s) on your Betfred account, between 27th December 2023 and 14th January 2024. By opting in to this promotion, you agree for Betfred to contact you for this sole purpose.
• Winners must accept the prize and may be required to provide additional information to process the prize payment.
• We will attempt to contact winners for 3 days. If we are unable to make contact within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited and reallocated to the next entry drawn.
• The prize will be awarded within 7 days of accepting.

Are there any other limitations you should know about?

• Definition of snow lying: Snow lying is measured at 09:00 UK Time on 25th December 2023 at London Heathrow Weather Station. Snow lying is determined using data and a measurement protocol provided by the MET Office and verified by WeatherNet, a leading UK independent weather analytics company. The measurement protocol has existed for 74 years at London Heathrow and requires 50% of the level ground in the observing site to be covered by at least a dusting of snow.
• In the highly unlikely event that data is unavailable from London Heathrow, WeatherNet will use data from an alternative representative nearby weather station.
• By opting in to this promotion you consent to us using your First Name and Town or County for Marketing purposes.
• In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Betfred Management Team will be final and based on our Terms and Conditions.
• Betfred reserves the right to exclude certain customers from this offer at our discretion due to internal risk policies and/or account staking restrictions. Customers will be notified separately if we have placed restrictions on their account.

Can we change or remove this Offer?

• We may remove and change this offer without notice. These changes will not affect any offer that you may have already opted in to, or placed any qualifying bets towards, other than where this is necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour.
• Betfred reserve the right to withdraw the promotion, if required, for reasons beyond our control, such as system failures or supplier withdrawal (not exhaustive). In the instance that this happens, we will endeavour to communicate any withdrawal in a timely manner.
