Betfred Poker: A guide to the €5M Vanilla Championship Season
The €5M Vanilla Championship Season is now live on Betfred Poker, running from 6th February to 3rd May 2026. The series features daily online tournaments, satellites and missions, all built around simple structures and a wide range of buy-ins.
Daily MTTs run with buy-ins from €1 to €1,000 across NLHE and PLO formats, giving you the option to play regularly or focus on selected events across the schedule.
Satellites and missions run alongside the tournaments, offering additional routes into the series’ major finals.
How to qualify
There are three main ways to qualify for the Vanilla Championship Season:
- Enter daily MTTs directly, with buy-ins from €1 to €1,000
- Play satellites from €0.01, leading into selected Vanilla events
- Complete Vanilla missions to earn Betfred Club Points and receive tickets or Free Blinds
All tournaments, satellites and missions are available directly within the Betfred Poker lobby.
The headline events
Major finals run throughout the Vanilla Championship Season, featuring both single-day and multi-day formats.
The flagship event is the €500,000 guaranteed Vanilla Cup, which takes place on Sunday 3rd May 2026. You can enter the Vanilla Cup directly, or qualify via satellites and missions running across the promotion period.
Other featured events include the Vanilla Open, Vanilla Elite, Big Vanilla, Vanilla Crown and Vanilla Kickoff, each offering different buy-ins and structures across the series.

Vanilla missions
Vanilla missions run alongside the tournament schedule and provide another way to build towards the series.
By opting in to each mission via the Poker software and earning Betfred Club Points through eligible play, you can receive rewards such as entry tickets or Free Blinds. Each mission has its own qualification period and limits, with rewards credited automatically once completed.
Mission objectives, progress and rewards can all be tracked within the Poker client.
