Wolverhampton Tips: Two aces combine at Wolves – huge chance

NINE races on Wolverhampton's all-weather Tapeta surface for us to enjoy on Tuesday, Nov 14th (16.15 - 20.30).
A look at just the opening contest alone confirms the calibre of jocks taking part - Hayley Turner, Rossa Ryan, Billy Loughnane - it should be a cracking late afternoon/early evening.
16.15 - Second Collection @ 11/2
Three weeks ago Tony Carroll's Second Collection, under today's jock Rossa Ryan, finished a close second at the track, in this grade. The 7-yr-old mare has won under Ryan in the past and for me can do so again on Tuesday.
This is a modest midweek contest but a horse in some kind of form is a godsend at any level. The selection is 2lbs higher for that sterling recent effort but has won off much higher marks in the past and if anyone can finesse her home it's red-hot Rossa.
16.50 - Reprised @ 13/8
One of my column's other go-to, favourite jocks - Billy Loughnane - is aboard Reprised here for the outstanding Karl Burke.
This is a 2-yr-old daughter of Blue Point, who's had two runs so far - a promising Southwell debut and then 'enjoying' an interrupted passage at Beverley when arguably an unlucky loser, on heavy ground.
That run confirmed both ability and fortitude - even the minimum trip, given the ground and Beverley's very stiff finish, takes some getting under those circumstances.
Clipper Logistics own, and they have had some marvellous juveniles run in their colours, often with Burke. This looks like a superb jockey booking to me, and this resolute filly, quite apart from her evident talent, gets some useful weight from the colts in the field and the penalised previous winner Dreadpirateroberts.
