Wednesday's nap - and it's to Wales we journey. Yesterday's selection Media Shooter ran too badly to be true at Kempton, and we can but hope that today's pick puts her best foot forward and does us proud.

Today's Horse Races

21:00 - Kissininthebackrow @ 7/2

Wednesday's nap comes from an evening card at Ffos Las, and we're waiting until the lucky last before hopefully striking! Our fate is in the hands of the ladies - an admirable mare in our selection KISSININTHEBACKROW; plus the redoubtable human dynamo that is the supremely gifted Hollie Doyle.

Dr Richard Newland & Jamie Insole train in Worcestershire for owners 'The Drifters.' It can't be, can it? Saturday Night at the Races; Save the Last Glass For Me; and Up On The Hoof. Love those hits. Quality.

This is a 2m test, and the selection has been running of late as if she needs every yard of it. She's by Leger winner Sixties Icon so it's no surprise that staying is her game and she's also out of a Fantastic Light mare who was campaigned over extreme trips herself.

Last time at Nottingham just 11 days ago she was outpaced close home over 1m 6f. She's getting an extra couple of furlongs now, very likely a bit of cut in the ground to slow rivals a touch further, and of course Hollie.

The five-year-old is evidently well-regarded albeit at this modest level as her past jockeys have included the likes of Sean Levey, Billy Loughnane and a certain Ryan Moore.

Since April she's dropped 6lb in the handicap and looks on a very winnable mark of 58. I'm hopeful that Ms Doyle/Mrs Marquand can do the business in Carmarthenshire and land the nap.
