NAP of the Day: Prince to be crowned at Wolverhampton

There are four Monday meetings across Britain to start the week as the month of June ends. Afternoon action is from Ffos Las and Pontefract, with Windsor and Wolverhampton (AW) in the evening as the Flat dominates.
Monday's NAP is making his all-weather debut at Wolverhampton and looks primed to strike for the Eve Johnson-Houghton team.

Wolverhampton's six-furlong handicap has been split into two divisions and the Eve Johnson-Houghton-trained FOREVER MY PRINCE looks the one to side with in the second division.
The Showcasing gelding has six runs under his belt and signed off last year by winning over 6f at Lingfield on soft ground in July on his handicap debut from an opening mark of 70.
He wasn't spotted again for 310 days and he ran a fine second at Newmarket (6f, good) last month behind My Mate Kev in a race that has produced a couple of subsequent winners.
Forever My Prince has had one run since, finishing a close fourth over this trip at Windsor in a blanket finish.
That form is appealing. The winner was second in a Listed race at Carlisle since, while the second won at Newmarket last week, the third went close on the same card and the seventh home has scored here over 7f.
Forever My Prince now makes his all-weather bow from an unchanged mark of 73. He should handle the Tapeta surface without issue and Jack Mitchell takes over in the saddle looking to enhance his 25 percent strike-rate when riding for this yard over the previous 12 months.
His partner sneaks into this contest off bottom weight, set to carry just 8st 11lb, and if he handles the surface as anticipated, this looks a good spot for him to make a winning start on the synthetics.
