16:05 York - Rahiebb @ 3/1
The feature race on the third and final day of the Dante meeting is the Yorkshire cup and looks a good opportunity for the four-year-olds to lay down their mark on this division.
One horse who catches the eye is RAHIEBB for Roger Varian, who will be making his seasonal reappearance since finishing a close second behind Scandinavia in the St Leger last year. He demonstrated his ability to stay well that day and will be hoping he can kick off his campaign in style.
The Varian colt's sole victory was on the all-weather on his debut. However, his admirable performances against decent opponents throughout his three-year-old campaign strongly suggest that a first turf win is imminent.
16:25 Newbury - Point Of Law @ 8/13
A lot of runners in the race are fairly unexposed making it a difficult race for punters to get stuck into. However, one horse who showed signs of promise on his debut was POINT OF LAW.
The form of his debut at Yarmouth has worked out relatively well. The winner went on to compete in the Group 3 Chester Vase, while the horse Point of Law beat by 3 ½ lengths in third has since come out and won on his next run.
He earned himself an RPR of 91 for that performance and, if he's able to replicate that here at Newbury, he should prove tough to beat.
17:30 Hamilton - Kyber Crystal @ 16/1
Evening action kicks off at Hamilton with a Class 6 handicap over five furlongs with several previous course winners looking for the opportunity to return to the winner's enclosure this Friday.
One horse who will be looking to achieve this is KYBER CRYSTAL for Rebecca Menzies.
The seven-year-old outran her odds last time out at Redcar when finishing third at a big price on her first run following a break from the track.
The handicapper has been lenient after that performance, dropping the mare down 1lb to her previous winning mark of 55, putting her in good stead for this contest.
17:45 Aintree - Genois @ 4/1
Harry Cobden continues to ride for his new boss JP McManus at Aintree this evening and has opted to take the reins on GENOIS. The 10-year-old arrives here in good form, having failed to finish outside the top two on his last four runs.
He finished a good second in the Middle Distance Veterans Final at Haydock in April, putting in an eye-catching performance in the finish when flying home from a long way back.
He's only raised a 1lb for that performance and can put in another good run here at Aintree.
If all four selections win at the quoted prices, a 50p Lucky 15 (total stake £7.50) would return around £705.
