Lucky 15 Tips: We’re off to Fairyhouse for Saturday’s bet!

We've got the UK live telly contests from Haydock and Musselburgh nicely covered in our ITV piece, so let's head over to Fairyhouse at the start of their Easter weekend meeting that culminates of course in the running of the Irish Grand National, on Monday.
Saturday's card kicks in at 14:05 - seven terrific heats, four at Listed level, and all the superstar jockeys/trainers from across the Irish Sea in action. Should be a little bit epic. Here's the science bit ...
Lucky 15 tips - Saturday, April 4
Fairyhouse
- 14:05 - Salinsha @ 11/8
- 14:40 - Bioluminescence @ 9/2
- 15:15 - Harbour Highway @ 11/4
- 17:35 - Wonderful Everyday @ 11/4
*Odds correct as of the time of publication
14:05 - Salsinha @ 11/8
Trainer Henry De Bromhead has filled the Rachael Blackmore-shaped hole in his team with the brilliant Darragh O'Keefe, and the pair look to have bright chances in this 2m maiden hurdle.
Salsinha is a five-year-old Montmartre mare that's won a bumper and finished close-up in two subsequent maiden/novice hurdle heats, since making her debut in July last year.
She's surely got a maiden in her and this looks easier than the €17,700-to-the-winner contest just before Christmas when she failed by 3.5l to one that was thought good enough to then take part in the Mares' Novices' Hurdle at the Festival (admittedly finishing a 33/1, 15th of 22; but did get rather left at the start - a fate controversially suffered by several during the week).
Great trainer, fine jockey, definite signs of ability shown.
14:40 - Bioluminescence @ 9/2
Mark Walsh rides for JP McManus, aboard Gavin Cromwell's eight-year-old Walk In The Park mare; Bioluminescence.
Three wins from 12 starts under rules, and a runner in last year's Irish National (pulled up). Ran really well when last seen, in a Listed heat at Naas; a second behind Dinoblue, who dotted up in Cheltenham's Mares' Chase last month.
Has 11st 12lb to defy today but undoubtedly is a class act in this company.
15:15 - Harbour Highway @ 11/4
Another green and gold JP vehicle - this time a seven-year-old Youmzain gelding trained by Emmet Mullins.
Harbour Highway is to be ridden in this Ladies National by outstanding amateur Maxine O'Sullivan. The selection won a Leopardstown handicap off 104 when last seen a month ago, and has been raised 6lb accordingly.
That run echoed the horse's very best back catalogue form and with confidence duly boosted might be able to build upon that and go in again.
17:35 - Wonderful Everyday @ 11/4
A traditional finale - a 2m bumper with all the usual suspects, trainer-wise, represented.
My pick has been given plenty of time to recover from a decidedly below-par run 62 days ago; and both being persisted with AND finding herself at such a prestigious meeting, hopefully confirms that connections have certainly not given up on her.
Willie Mullins' Wonderful Everyday is a five-year-old mare by a top-class French chaser out of a mare by a very useful 10-12f performer on the flat. Patrick is of course on board and I'm hoping the memory of that last calamity will be erased nicely this afternoon with a performance befitting the trainer's address, the horse's breeding, and history, frankly.
How many I wonder of these contests have Willie and son hoovered up over the years? The total I suspect will be mind-boggling!
If all four of our selections won, today's notional 50p win Lucky 15, at the prices indicated (they can of course fluctuate), would return around £240 for a £7.50 total stake. If you can improve upon our selections (of course you can) - then go for it!
