Lucky 15 Tips: Unraced Frankel colt could be the real deal

Hello everyone. Thoughts go out to anyone suffering as a consequence of the dreadful weather, and I hope things improve as soon as possible.
If you're able to enjoy some sport this week there's plenty of Champions and Europa League action, plus of course bags of competitive racing. For Tuesday's Lucky 15 tips let's head to Southwell's all-weather Tapeta track and their nine-race flat card that kicks in at 16:30. Arc winner Rossa Ryan is present, and looks sure to have a big say in proceedings.
Lucky 15 Tips - Tuesday, December 10
Southwell
16:30 - Mr Ubiquitous @ 15/8
Two-year-old gelding, trained by Harry Eustace at HQ, who's run on four occasions so far.
Mr Ubiquitous took a nursery off a mark of 51 on the last of those spins over today's one-mile trip, some 55 days ago, at Kempton. That was achieved fairly cosily, and he attempts to follow-up off 5lb higher in a similar contest with Rossa Ryan taking over from Oisin Murphy.
Jockey bookings alone indicate that connections obviously feel well disposed towards this one, and after three decidedly modest efforts the gelding operation in July seems to have worked the oracle.
Very bright prospects of further joy then on Tuesday afternoon, with sire Massaat being outstanding at 7f and 8f whilst patently failing to stay a mile-and-a-half in Harzand's Epsom Derby of 2016.
17:00 - Triumph Of Peace @ 4/1
Sounds like an old Xmas No1, but is in fact a three-year-old No Nay Never filly trained at Newmarket by William Haggas.
Triumph Of Peace has run here the last twice, and connections evidently feel it's worth persevering in Nottinghamshire. She didn't run at two and has won once, a Salisbury novice over 7f, from six starts in total from July.
Last time on this very surface she rallied late to finish in a dead-heat for third, beaten just 1.5l, and steps up both another furlong and one grade in class (from a 4 to a 3). This is a demanding test in my book and course familiarity is a definite bonus.
Adam Farragher, attached to the stable, takes the mount and knows the horse well.
18:00 - Equilateral @ 9/2
Another for the magnificent R Ryan, trained by Charlie Hills, and sporting the famous pink/green colours of Mrs Fitri Hay.
Equilateral is nine years young, and a great credit to connections. This Class 2 level is frequently tackled with honour, and the fact that he gets slightly further is no bad thing here even over the minimum 5f trip.
It's 16 months since his last win, off 105 at York over 5.5f. He's slipped to 100 now, and his prospects are done no harm at all by having Rossa, who's ridden him once before, on board.
Previous jockeys have included the likes of RL Moore, Tom Marquand, James Doyle, Will Buick, Frankie Dettori - this old boy has been a class act and there's scope for further success in my book.
19:30 - Damysus @ 11/10
Easier to sum this one up, as it hasn't yet seen a racecourse.
Damysus is a two-year-old Frankel colt out of a Rahy mare, so there's both speed and a degree of stamina beautifully catered for. He's owned by one of the success stories of last season, Wathnan Racing, and will be retained jockey James Doyle's only booked ride on the card.
Charlie Appleby fields an obvious danger in Dubawi gelding Hidden Secret, but on his two outings thus far doesn't set too high a bar. If Damysus, housed with Team Gosden at Clarehaven Stables in Newmarket, is as well-bred as we think she is, a debut victory is very much within her grasp.
Her outstanding training duo will have carefully earmarked this for their 460,000 guineas yearling, and it could be the start of a very significant career, fingers crossed.
This is an example of a Lucky 15. If you can improve upon my selections (of course you can), then go for it!
The odds can fluctuate between publishing our pieces and race-time. As a guide, a £0.50p win Lucky 15 on today's selections, at the prices, and assuming all four won, would return around £230 for your total £7.50 stake.
