Lucky 15 Tips: Racing League action, ITV, Thursday

There are seven ultra-competitive Yarmouth heats live on ITV, so there's Thursday's Lucky 15 tips nicely sorted. We're looking at the first four on the card, and such is the open nature of the contests, plus the likelihood of ease in the ground, we're going for an each-way look with value prices to boot.
Action starts at 17:40, and lots of big yards are represented. Should be a terrific evening, and in races 1, 3 and 4 of our Lucky 15 we're paying four places each-way. Oh, and by the way - THREE winners from our four selections yesterday, up at Catterick. Get in ...
Lucky 15 Tips - Thursday, July 24
Yarmouth
17:40 - Papagei @ 9/1
A four-year-old Masar gelding in the hands of James Ferguson who will be ridden by Derby-winning jockey Richard Kingscote.
Papagei has won here before, and overall has three scores from 16 career starts. Last time at Salisbury off a mark of 79 in a similar heat he was beaten just half-a-length, and with a lofty Racing Post rating as impressive as anything he's achieved previously.
He's only a pound higher today and he's both won and run well before on good-to-soft. Juice in the ground is thought highly likely at the seaside, and I like his prospects.
18:10 - Express Train @ 10/3
Handicap debut time for this Andrew Balding-trained three-year-old Invincible Spirit colt. Dave Probert, off to Hong Kong soon to ply his trade over the next few months, is in the plate.
Last time 19 days ago at Leicester Express Train took a novice very impressively by 5l at today's 6f trip. It was his third spin, and by a proverbial mile the best yet.
He's set a far sterner test now in a Class 4 off a mark of 78, but I don't think that's excessive. Could be lots to come from this one and I want to keep on the right side of him.
18:40 - Arctic Dawn @ 17/2
Kingscote again - incidentally another jock jetting off to Hong Kong next month for their season that starts in September.
This time he's aboard Arctic Dawn, a four-year-old Blue Point gelding in the care of Daniel & Claire Kubler in Lambourn. Just one win so far which was last time out, 32 days ago, at Ffos Las in a 7.5f maiden.
Prior to that he'd been a very good close-up fourth to Mum's Tipple in a similar race to this at York, and is in the form of his life. Runs off 80 today, 3lb higher than that Knavesmire handicap, but is very much going the right way.
Has run respectably before on soft (Doncaster), and I like his price.
19:10 - El Bodon @ 7/1
Another who offers a good deal in my view - second last time 40 days ago on soft ground and in a higher grade, at 6f.
Running-on that day at Chester, El Bodon gets another furlong tonight to get even more competitive, red-hot Jane Chapple-Hyam trains (33% strike-rate, last 14 days), and useful 7lb claimer Jack Nicholls has the riding assignment.
The four-year-old Churchill gelding is one-from-nine all told, and is on an unchanged mark, 93, after his efforts on the Roodee. Fingers crossed that claim is worth every ounce.
This is an example of a Lucky 15. If you can improve upon my selections (of course you can), then go for it!
The odds can fluctuate between publishing our pieces and race-time. As a guide, a £0.25p each-way Lucky 15 on today's selections, at the prices, and assuming all four won, would return around £1,400 for your total £7.50 stake.
