With only two British meetings taking place across Sunday there's limited action but it's still enough to keep us interested. Amongst it will be the all-weather card from Lingfield, where they have seven races from 11:30-15:30.

We've picked out four runners to follow at the Surrey venue, which form into a Lucky 15.

Today's Horse Races

Lingfield 11:30 - Forge Valley Lad @ 5/2

Opening proceedings at Lingfield is the 1m2f handicap and Mark Loughnane's Crafter is respected off the back of his comfortable win over course and distance last month. However, FORGE VALLEY LAD might have his measure.

Trained by David Simcock, the four-time course winner has gone 13 starts without victory, but his last win came over track and trip in April 2023 from a mark of 73. He is 18lb lower in the weights now and looks like a winner in waiting.

Forge Valley Lad was unlucky over 1m4f at Wolverhampton last week. Held up in rear, he finished off with a wet sail and failed by a neck behind Khangai. He can make amends from the same mark.

Lingfield 12:30 - Monsieur Kodi @ 9/4

MONSIEUR KODI won over this trip at Chelmsford from a mark of 74 last month and Warren Fentiman's 7lb claim ensures he races off effectively 5lb lower in this 6f handicap.

The son of Kodiac finished third at Newcastle on his next start and he has excuses for a below-par effort at Chelmsford when last seen.

He doesn't see out 7f effectively for a start and, when trying to make his challenge late on, he was also badly hampered. He's worth another chance back to a more favourable trip.

Lingfield 13:30 - Time Patrol @ 11/4

Tony Carroll surpassed 100 winners in a season for the first time in his career last week and the red-hot handler can land this 6f handicap with TIME PATROL.

Both career victories have been on turf, but the son of Time Test has gone down by less than two lengths in each of his last five all-weather starts, finishing runner-up in three of them.

Time Patrol was a big eye-catcher when second over course and distance on his penultimate start, having to swing very wide into the straight before powering home. He's a massive player with a smoother run through.

Lingfield 15:00 - Bell Shot @ 4/1

Mick Appleby's BELL SHOT rates a bet in the 7f handicap. The son of Dark Angel has been running well in defeat lately, while his last success back in March came over this course and distance from a mark of 65.

He is still 8lb higher in the weights now, but he has a good inside draw which will suit his usual positive tactics and 3lb claimer Frederick Larson will take away some of the burden.

This is an example of a Lucky 15. If you can improve upon my selections (of course you can), then go for it!

The odds can fluctuate between publishing our pieces and race-time. As a guide, a £0.50p win Lucky 15 on today's selections, at the prices, and assuming all four won, would return around £240 for your total £7.50 stake.
