Lucky 15 Tips: Derham’s Gamble should pay off

After a manic Saturday, racing calms down a little on Sunday with cards planned at Leopardstown, Musselburgh and Lingfield.
Sunday is the second and final day of the Dublin Racing Festival, and three of the selections for our Lucky 15 tips will come from the meeting in what should be a cracking day of action.
Lucky 15 Tips - Sunday, February 2
12:40 Leopardstown - Queens Gamble @ 7/2
We start with the opening race from Leopardstown where a double-figure field contests the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Paddy and Maureen Mullins Mares Handicap Hurdle.
Harry Derham's Queen's Gamble heads the market and looks to have a cracking chance under the guidance of Rachael Blackmore.
Queen's Gamble was last seen at Newbury in November, finishing second to Navajo Indy.
In 2023, she enjoyed her best year yet as she won three races in succession, two of them under Derham's stewardship.
Derham has already had success in Ireland this season and Queen's Gamble's second-placed effort at Newbury is good enough form to suggest there is more to come from the seven-year-old.
This is an Extra Place Race, so Betfred will be paying 5 Places (1/5 Odds) instead of 4.
13:22 Musselburgh - Tripoli Flyer @ 4/5
Fergal O'Brien's Tripoli Flyer is looking to secure back-to-back wins for connections after he impressed last time out at Market Rasen.
The six-year-old has two wins and two seconds from five runs to date, and his win at Market Rasen was only his second time over hurdles.
He won by a whopping 29 lengths at the Lincolnshire track and is expected to handle the step up in class with ease.
13:40 Leopardstown - Kopek Des Bordes @ 1/1
A hat-trick is on the cards for Willie Mullins' Kopek Des Bordes this weekend.
The five-year-old opened his account at Fairyhouse in March before being rested for 270 days.
He returned on Boxing Day to land the spoils at Leopardstown in a maiden hurdle contest and a quick return to the venue could pay dividends.
Mullins has won this race six times in a row, so the decision to run Kopek Des Bordes in Sunday's contests suggests he fancies his chances of making it seven successive victories.

16:25 Leopardstown - Future Prospect @ 6/4
A field of 11 are set to run in the finale at Leopardstown which is a Grade 2 National Hunt flat race.
Mullins is normally a master in this field and he will expect another big run from Future Prospect.
Like Kopek Des Bordes, Future Prospect has won twice from two starts so far and he was last seen at Fairyhouse in December.
A nine-length win caught the eye that day and Mullins' team have been firing on all cylinders, so the five-year-old looks worth backing to come up trumps.
This is an example of a Lucky 15. If you can improve upon my selections (of course you can), then go for it!
The odds can fluctuate between publishing our pieces and race-time. As a guide, a £0.50p win Lucky 15 on today's selections, at the prices, and assuming all four won, would return around £611 for your total £7.50 stake.
