Lucky 15 Tips: Peaky Boy to sparkle for Henderson

There are three Sunday meetings across the UK and Ireland this weekend and it is jumps racing that dominates the agenda. Day three of Cheltenham's November Meeting features the Greatwood Hurdle, while in Ireland the Troytown Handicap Chase is the main event at Navan.
Those cards are joined by National Hunt fare from Fontwell, where the Southern National takes place and we've put together Lucky 15 tips for the day's racing.
Lucky 15 Tips - Sunday, November 17
13:10 Cheltenham - Ace Of Spades @ 2/1
The opener on day three of Cheltenham's November Meeting is the Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice Maiden Hurdle and the standout contenders are Irish mare Whimsy and ACE OF SPADES for Dan and Harry Skelton.
Whimsy is 0-7 over timber, placed five times, and comes here after a solid second at Galway (2m, yielding to soft) in October. She ran well there on the front end but was collared late by odds-on favourite Mozzies Sister.
It could be something similar here. Ace Of Spades was a Warwick bumper winner in the spring and, after a kind hurdling introduction at Uttoxeter last month (never nearer fourth), he went very close at Exeter (2m2½f, good to soft) soon after with a good closing effort. He should build on that again and his stamina is an asset over this trip here. He can deliver a late, winning challenge.
13:20 Navan - The Yellow Clay @ 1/1
The Grade 3 Monksfield Novice Hurdle is a contest Gordon Elliott has won seven times in the past decade and the Cullentra handler has a strong hand to play again, saddling three of the nine runners.
Gigginstown pair Patter Merchant and Prends Garde A Toi are overlooked by Jack Kennedy in favour of THE YELLOW CLAY. The smart bumper performer made a sparkling start over timber at Down Royal at the start of this month, coming clear to win by nine-lengths in the hands of Sam Ewing.
A slight drop in trip should not inconvenience him and he should go ahead and make it 2-2 over timber.
13:45 Cheltenham - Peaky Boy @ 11/4
Nicky Henderson and Nico de Boinville were on the scoresheet on Friday afternoon with promising novice chaser Hyland and the Seven Barrows team could be set to unleash a similarly exciting prospect in PEAKY BOY in the mallardjewellers.com Novices' Limited Handicap Chase.
The Kayf Tara gelding has won four of his five starts in points and under rules, including a pair of maiden/novice hurdle successes over this sort of trip around this venue last season.
He had rival Leader In The Park back in fourth in the second of those Cheltenham wins in April and he looks a likely sort for his top team on his fences bow.
If your selection finishes 2nd we will give you your win stake back in Free Bets up to £10 to use on any Horse Racing market.
15:50 Fontwell - Mersey Street @ 2/1
The finale at Fontwell on their Southern National card is a Novices' Limited Handicap Hurdle, in which MERSEY STREET is taken to build on a pleasing seasonal return for Jonjo & A J O'Neill at Fakenham 18 days ago.
He hadn't shown a lot in handicaps back in early summer but, after a three-month break, he shaped well when front-running over 2m4f on good ground off a mark of 84.
He was picked off by Hiero Sport late on, but was a long way clear of the remainder despite having set a strong pace in front.
He gets to race off the same mark now and should be suited by the increased distance offered.
This is an example of a Lucky 15. If you can improve upon my selections (of course you can), then go for it!
The odds can fluctuate between publishing our pieces and race-time. As a guide, a £0.25p each-way Lucky 15 on today's selections, at the prices, and assuming all four won, would return around £135 for your total £7.50 stake.
