Lucky 15 Tips: Pressure? What pressure?

Excellent racing is to be had on Saturday, with a little bit of something for every taste. The companion ITV piece concentrates on Sandown, with a wee Hereford bonus thrown in plus two well-endowed and competitive heats at Wolverhampton.

It's to Wolves I'm journeying for Saturday's Lucky 15 tips, examining the remaining races on what's a cracking card. Some of the best jocks around are at Dunstall Park and a superb afternoon's entertainment looks to be on the cards.

15:55 - Honved @ 15/8

Full disclosure - precious little to go on, with several yet to face the starter, and it's to a newcomer that I'm turning here.

The excellent Ralph Beckett trains this Zoustar colt out of a Kodiac mare, and the brilliant Rossa Ryan has the riding assignment. Honved will race in the famous Mrs Fitri Hay colours and I hope he's up to making a splash on debut for such powerful connections.

16:30 - Pressure's On @ 10/3

It's to Rossa I'm turning once again, this time with an Ed Dunlop-trained four-year-old Land Force gelding.

Pressure's On reappears after a 126-day absence, but that last outing was a winning one at HQ, taking a handicap over today's trip off a mark of 76. He's up to 80 now but was rated that highly last spring, briefly, and I'm sure connections are hopeful that they'll have plenty of fun with him over the coming months.

He's run very well here before and the yard had a winner on Wednesday. Rossa's busy being Rossa with nine winners in the last fortnight, and when trainer and jockey combine the result is often a positive one.

17:05 - Cargin Bhui @ 7/2

The magnificent Barron training operation takes centre stage now - veteran maestro David, and daughter Nicola. Backed a few sprint machines from this quarter over the years!

Cargin Bhui might not quite yet be a Coastal Bluff, but the four-year-old Invincible Army gelding is talented and consistent. After a break of some 257 days he reappeared at Southwell just over a week ago and was bang on it, narrowly being denied at this trip, running on.

Could be a big season upcoming, and he might prove superior to this Class 3 grade soon enough. Callum Rodriguez is in the plate. Gorgeous contest.

17:40 - Hardlass @ 13/2

Taking a bit of a punt with this three-year-old daughter of Ardad, who is tackling her second handicap, after not showing a great deal so far in four career spins.

She was only beaten 5l last time 46 days ago at Newcastle, and never really got involved late in the piece after a tardy start. Sam James rides for North Yorkshire handler Grant Tuer, and the yard have struck twice in eight runs over the last fortnight - with Sam up top on both occasions.

This is an example of a Lucky 15. If you can improve upon my selections (of course you can), then go for it!
