Lucky 15 Tips: Billy can be a legend on Saturday at Chelmsford

Cracking Saturday fare, as always - all the live ITV races have been covered in a companion piece (read it HERE if you fancy); and so for our Lucky 15 tips, Saturday February 22, we're popping along to Chelmsford's evening all-weather meet (seven races, starts @ 17:15).
Billy Loughnane is here, as is Saffie Osborne and Danny Muscutt among the jocks, and it should be a great night.
Lucky 15 Betting Tips - Saturday, February 22
Chelmsford
17:45 - Enpassant @ 2/1
Stuart Williams has this four-year-old Starspangledbanner gelding in great nick right now, and off a 2lb higher mark they're looking to follow up a Kempton win 17 days ago.
Rossa Ryan has been doing the steering of late but he's in Riyadh right now - presumably to ride Annaf in a turf sprint rather than as part of any diplomatic initiative.
Enpassant gets the superb Danny Muscutt as an extremely able deputy and can defy the modest hike.
18:15 - Combustion @ 4/1
Another in terrific nick, having won his last two at this 6f trip.
This is a classified stakes heat and the four-year-old Harry Angel gelding is certainly fairly treated by the race conditions, looking to have no more on his plate than last time at Southwell eight days ago (won by half a length).
Combustion is with in-form Chelsea Banham in Suffolk (four winners from her last ten runners), and it would be no shock whatsoever if this was to be number five.
18:45 - Dicko The Legend @ 10/3
Billy Garrity takes the mount for trainer Liam Bailey, and with just two rides booked on the card it looks like regular partner Liam's certainly here for the five-year-old gelded sprinter.
Good effort last time at Southwell 10 days ago (beaten just over a length, same trip/grade), and Dicko The Legend has slipped nicely to his last winning mark, 67. Should be super-competitive and can certainly go very, very close indeed.
19:45 - Elterwater @ 2/1
The magnificent Billy Loughnane is doing the steering on Daniel & Claire Kubler's five-year-old Camelot mare, and she won here at 2f shorter in mid-November.
Richard Kingscote was on top then, but it's certainly no hardship getting Billy. That was her solitary victory in 10 career starts but she's in cracking fettle (two seconds since that win, both by narrow margins).
She goes especially well here, and is tried now over 1m 2f. On previous Chelmsford efforts it looks entirely possible it will suit, and as her Dad was an Epsom and Irish Derby winner she should really be needing it, though there's miler-class on the dam's side (she's out of a Shamardal mare).
This is an example of a Lucky 15. If you can improve upon my selections (of course you can), then go for it!
The odds can fluctuate between publishing our pieces and race-time. As a guide, a £0.50p win Lucky 15 on today's selections, at the prices, and assuming all four won, would return around £250 for your total £7.50 stake.
