Lucky 15 Tips: Iskar D’airy to dominate at Warwick

Monday brings with it a four-strong offering for racing fans, with jumps cards at Hexham, Warwick and Tramore preceded by the Flat meeting at Pontefract as Easter approaches.
It's a busy start to the week in store, and we've identified a four-horse Lucky15 selection for consideration. Read on for my Lucky 15 Tips for Monday, April 14.

16:18 Hexham - Halpha Soleil @ 5/2
Micky Hammond and Brian Hughes can get on the scoresheet at Hexham with former course scorer HALPHA SOLEIL.
He won over hurdles here last June, scoring over 2m4f on soft going off a mark of 99. He has tackled this course and distance three times since going chasing, finishing second twice last month.
He sported first-time cheekpieces last time and was looking well set to collect before Hughes lost his whip late on.
The winner Jet Legs is a proven stayer and just edged past them late. Despite being rated 4lb higher now, Halpha Soleil may get compensation with just a replication of that run.
17:40 Warwick - Iskar D'airy @ 15/8
Though Orbys River was a winner at Bangor-on-Dee three weeks ago, preference in his novices' handicap chase is for Hereford runner-up ISKAR D'AIRY for the Gary & Josh Moore team.
A deviation to front-running tactics at Huntingdon (2m½f, good) last month was partly responsible for him breaking his duck in really good style over fences at the third attempt.
His two earlier chase runs had come on soft ground, and getting back on a sound surface surely also aided him as he won with lots in hand.
He's been second since at Hereford over the same trip on good ground, doing well under his penalty despite being beaten off in the end by a well-handicapped winner that pestered him throughout. The pair were a long way clear.
He's just 2lb higher now and is fancied to take care of the mare Orbys River and get his second chasing success.
18:55 Tramore - Wyoming Baby @ 11/4
Robert Tyner's mare WYOMING BABY was a point-to-point winner in this month last year, and while she achieved nothing of note sin even runs over hurdles afterward, she soon picked up her game when attention turned to jumping fences last month at Limerick (2m7f, good to yielding).
She finished third in that contest and can build on it now despite a slight drop back in trip. She was just worn down late in that Limerick race and will surely have more to offer in this discipline before long.
19:40 Warwick - Lumi Plugin @ 3/1
It could be a good evening for the Moores at Warwick, with LUMI PLUGIN another of a bunch of strong contenders for them on the card.
This six-year-old had been showing improved form prior to winning at Plumpton (2m4f, good) five weeks ago, and that form is already looking solid as the runner-up won next time out.
Lumi Plugin is rated 6lb higher now but has scope for better. The dangers include Mammies Boy for Jonjo & AJ O'Neill, a winner at Huntingdon in really fine style on her most recent start, but that run was last May and her absence since tempers enthusiasm.
She might just need this and is facing a race-fit and thriving rival.
This is an example of a Lucky 15. If you can improve upon my selections (of course you can), then go for it!
The odds can fluctuate between publishing our pieces and race-time. As a guide, a £0.50p win Lucky 15 on today's selections, at the prices, and assuming all four won, would return around £155 for your total £7.50 stake.
