Leicester Tips: Sansanetti is hoping to secure a hat-trick on Wednesday

There are six race meetings to choose from across the UK and Ireland on Wednesday and I am particularly drawn to the action taking place at Leicester. There is a seven-race card in store and I've picked out my three best bets of the day for you to consider.
Below you will find my Leicester Tips for Wednesday, July 23.
Leicester Tips - Wednesday, July 23
- 17:30 Leicester - Lambournghini @ 5/2
- 19:00 Leicester - Sansanetti @ 15/8
- 20:08 Leicester - Toota @ 5/2

17:30 Leicester - Lambournghini @ 5/2
This Class 6 handicap over 1m gets us underway on Wednesday and there are nine runners declared for this one. There are a couple to consider and arguably the standout star is the one aiming to complete a hat-trick of victories - LAMBOURNGHINI.
The three-year-old landed her first success on her sixth start - which came at Chepstow over 7f. This was followed by a step back up to 1m, making it two on the spin at Brighton on her latest appearance on July 8.
Trainer David Evans and connections will be delighted with the filly's progress in the last few weeks and they will be hoping there is more to come from her first visit to Leicester. Consistency could be key, with Joe Leavy booked for this ride, as he was for her past two triumphs.
The only question mark is that she is unproven on ground slower than good, which may be an issue. It might be best to cover her with the insurance of an each-way selection here, as a result.

19:00 Leicester - Sansanetti @ 15/8
Another horse bidding to complete a hat-trick on Wednesday is SANSANETTI, who contests this Class 6 handicap over 1m 2f. She features in a stacked field of 12 runners, but she is in the best form of the lot right now.
The three-year-old changed yards in May from Dylan Cunha to Stuart Williams, and since then we have seen progress. The filly had a forgettable ninth-place (of 13) finish on her first outing for the yard at Kempton (AW) before landing her maiden success at Chelmsford (AW) over Wednesday's trip.
Her triumph came at 25/1, beating Paragon by one-and-three-quarter lengths. This was on soft ground, which could play into her hands on her return to Leicester. Sansanetti's second victory came over C&D on July 5 and she looks primed for another strong run in LE2.
She defeated Offiah's Boy by a head, so Williams and connections will be interested to see if she can achieve success in more comfortable circumstances, which would be another huge step in the right direction.

20:08 Leicester - Toota @ 5/2
There are 10 runners declared for the penultimate race of the day, which is a Class 6 handicap over 6f. TOOTA is my pick for this one because she gave a good account of herself on her last outing, a second-place finish (out of seven) at Leicester over 7f.
The three-year-old filly has finished runner-up here on her two previous visits but this will be her first time over 6f in LE2. Given how she has fared over a longer trip, she returns with strong claims, despite waiting for her maiden success.
Toota has been placed in her past four starts and Duran Fentiman was on board for each of them. He's booked again for Wednesday which could give her another advantage.
She acts on good to firm and good to soft ground, so any rainfall could benefit her.
