ITV Racing Tips - Saturday, October 19
13:20 Ascot - Kyprios @ 4/5
KYPRIOS has won all six starts since he was inched out by Trawlerman in this contest 12 months ago. Aidan O'Brien's star is the leading stayer of his generation and has more Group 1 victories than any horse preceding him in Ballydoyle.
He doesn't tend to pummel the opposition but always appears to be doing enough. Sweet William is hugely consistent and should get much closer to the front two than he did 12 months ago. He might even split them.

13:55 Ascot - Unequal Love e/w @ 10/1
The Champions Sprint has attracted a strong field 20 runners and the race looks wide open, with the best sprinter of the season marked absent in Bradsell.
UNEQUAL LOVE was within a length of Montassib and Kind Of Blue in last month's Sprint Cup at Haydock. William Haggas had the first and third home in that Group 1 and Tom Marquand takes over on the filly on this occasion. They have a fair each-way claim.

14:35 Ascot - Grateful e/w @ 16/1
Aidan O'Brien saddles three of the 14-strong field for the Fillies & Mares Stakes and, unsurprisingly, Ryan Moore's partner Content is the shortest price of the trio.
She was a little disappointing at Longchamp, where GRATEFUL won the Prix de Royallieu under Christophe Soumillon with a bit in hand. Conditions should hold few fears and there could be more to come from this Galileo filly.

15:15 Ascot - Charyn @ 13/8
Roger Varian's CHARYN has established himself as a top miler this season with four wins and two seconds from six runs. His Lockinge defeat to Audience and the Prix de Moulin setback behind Tribalist were both forgivable as the winners were allowed to build up significant mid-race advantages.
Granted a fair test, Silvestre De Sousa should bring Charyn home in front again, giving the Varian team a second QEII win in three years after Bayside Boy in 2022.

15:55 Ascot - Economics @ 13/8
French raider Calandagan has strong claims but it is hard to pick holes in William Haggas' ECONOMICS.
The Night Of Thunder colt was impressive in York's Dante in May and connections were rewarded for their patience with Group 1 wins in France and Ireland in August and September.
His will to win was there for all to see in the Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown and there may still be more in him.

16:35 Ascot - Mexicali Rose e/w @ 18/1
The likely-favourite Thunder Run is hard to knock for Karl Burke and Ryan Moore after his win at York in August, but he is priced accordingly. With as many as five places from Betfred, a chance is handed to Joseph O'Brien's MEXICALI ROSE.
The Zoffany filly relished the stiff finish when scoring at Galway in July and has shown up well in soft-ground Listed events in Ireland a couple of times since. Saturday’s mark of 95 could be within reach and Maxime Guyon is a helpful ally in the saddle.
