Wednesday’s Racing Tips: Trix could have plenty up his sleeve at Chepstow

Jump racing holds sway across the UK and Ireland on Wednesday with five meetings taking place throughout the day.
First off is Musselburgh, Warwick and Chepstow over jumps, before the only Irish card gets underway on Dundalk's Polytrack, and the day concludes with an evening Flat meeting on the Polytrack from Kempton.
Amongst our Wednesday fancies is a promising five-year-old gelding representing Jonjo O'Neill in the Class 4 2m maiden hurdle on heavy ground at Chepstow. He shaped really encouragingly on his debut over this course-and-distance in February.
Wednesday Racing Tips
14:05 Chepstow - Anytrixwilldo @ 11/4
Five-year-olds are 5-51 in the eight runnings of the Class 4 2m maiden hurdle from Chepstow since 2016 and the five-year-old Anytrixwilldo, representing Jonjo O'Neill, can enhance that age-group's race-record.
The selection is a brother to the winners Beg To Differ and Ashtown Lad, both useful winners from 2m-3m2f over hurdles and fences. The son of Flemensfirth should handle heavy ground more than most in this contest which is crucial considering the course are currently describing conditions as raceable, but that they are hoping for the weather forecast to prove accurate in order to proceed.
Anytrixwilldo sets the form standard, and entered the Racing Post tracker, following his debut fifth over this course-and-distance over hurdles on good to soft ground in February. He was slightly outpaced two out, but stayed on really pleasingly to go down by only 4.25 lengths at the line.
The second and fourth from that contest have won since. The second registering a Racing Post Rating of 136 when winning well at Sandown in the spring.
Anytrixwilldo is going to stay further in time but this race may provide an ideal stepping stone.
17:30 Kempton - Royal Dream @ 5/1
The talented young jockey Billy Loughnane will be attempting to ride his third winner for trainer Ed Dunlop when getting the leg up on board Royal Dream ahead of the Class 5 1m handicap for three-year-olds and upwards at Kempton.
The selection had a gradually progressive profile on the AW earlier in the year and performed notably well after a troubled journey through the contest to reach a relatively close third over this course-and-distance off this mark in August.
He has a fair draw in stall six and has been freshened up since reaching an encouragingly close sixth in a better-class Racing League handicap at Wolverhampton latest in September.
18:00 Kempton - Magico @ 13/2
Blown Away is going to take out a fair chunk of the market in the Class 4 1m nursery handicap at Kempton when representing the Gosdens in first-time blinkers from the lowest available stall, but we are keen to take him on each-way through the improving Magico, representing Marco Botti on his handicap debut from a workable mark of 82.
He should make a bold bid from stall two, on his AW debut, on a surface that seems likely to suit.
