Horse Racing Tips: Epine has a fine chance on Wednesday

There's hopefully going to be a mixture of Jumps and Flat racing in the UK on Wednesday, with three meetings set to take place from early afternoon into the evening providing the weather doesn't get in the way.
Among our horse racing tips for across the cards is a promising young mare who looks capable of breaking her maiden over hurdles at Taunton.
Horse Racing Tips - Wednesday, January 8
13:15 Taunton - Epinephrine @ 15/8
EPINEPHRINE is representing Venetia Williams in the 12-runner extended 2m Class 4 Maiden Hurdle at Taunton, with Charlie Deutsch continuing in the saddle.
Notably, Williams is 66-304 (22% +£19.56) with her runners at the Somerset venue and her representative is fancied to go well.
The selection finished second over 1m5f on soft ground on the Flat in the French Provinces in August 2023, before coming third on her debut over hurdles in an Auteuil conditions contest over 2m2f on very soft ground in October 2023.
She is a half-sister to four French winners, including the useful 2m1f-2m5f hurdle/chase winner Miss Salsa Blue, and is out of a French 1m7f-2m1f hurdle victor.
The daughter of No Risk At All made her debut for Williams in a 2m Sandown Listed Novices’ Hurdle after a 426-day break last month, finishing a respectable fourth of five on a particularly testing surface, only about six lengths behind the winner.
The five-year-old is entitled to come on plenty for the run, as well as the initial experience of British hurdles, and is likely to make her hurdling breakthrough on this occasion, with a drop in class also set to help her case.

13:45 Taunton - Largy Force @ 3/1
LARGY FORCE has the most compelling profile among the seven runners due to face the starter in the Class 4 2m Novices’ Handicap Chase at Taunton, representing the Upper Lambourn handler Warren Greatrex.
Greatrex is 14-86 (16% +£9.50) with his runners at Taunton, and James Bowen is continuing in the saddle, with the jockey 33-205 (16% +£6.70) when riding for Greatrex.
Largy Force won an Irish point on his debut in April 2022, and his ability to jump well out of the soft ground is going to be a crucial factor.
The selection is yet to finish outside of the first three in five races under rules, including on his debut over regulation fences at right-handed Hereford last month when beaten less than two lengths into an encouraging third of eight, despite that being his first run since a break following a breathing operation.
The handicapper saw fit to raise his mark 3lb to 105, but he is still capable of taking another step forward.
This is an Extra Place race meaning that Betfred is paying 3 Places (1/5 Odds) instead of 2.

16:03 Newcastle - Wyvern @ 7/2
Finally, WYVERN is enticingly handicapped in the 12-runner Class 6 7f handicap on the AW at Newcastle, representing the Merseyside trainer Patrick Morris and with David Nolan renewing a winning association in the saddle.
The selection has won twice over this 7f trip on Lingfield’s Polytrack, including off a whopping 18lb higher rating in February 2023, and he won under today’s jockey over 1m on this course in November 2024.
The selection reached a particularly unlucky in-running second from off a modest tempo over 1m on this course 11 days ago, and the likelihood of a stronger pace over this stiff 7f should aid his claims as he seeks some compensation.
