Horse Racing Tips: Sunset In Paris to shine at Lingfield

There are four UK and Irish meetings on Tuesday with National Hunt and all-weather action in store. They go over jumps at Clonmel and Southwell while all-weather fare comes from Lingfield and Newcastle.
We have selected three horses to follow, including Sunset In Paris back at her favourite all-weather venue.
Horse Racing Tips - Tuesday, December 3
12:15 Southwell – Theformismighty @ 11/4
Dan Skelton enjoyed a decent weekend, with promising novice hurdlers The New Lion and Listentoyourheart on the scoresheet at Newbury, and he may well see THEFORMISMIGHTY bagging a first win over fences in the Golf And Gallop Package Handicap Chase that opens the card at Southwell.
A hurdles winner over this sort of trip at Market Rasen in March, he made a pleasing start to his fencing career when fourth at Chepstow in late October.
There were signs in that race that he might just have needed the run but he still put in a good effort and was rallying at the end.
Three winners have emerged from amongst the beaten horses that day and he races from an unchanged mark here with the first-time cheekpieces added and a chance he will improve further with that initial chasing experience behind him.

13:27 Lingfield – Sunset In Paris @ 10/1
His overall record on the synthetic surfaces shows five wins in 17 starts but SUNSET IN PARIS tends to reserve his best for Lingfield and his form when distilled down to just this venue shows figures of 1141, with all four runs over his trip.
His most recent success was achieved in July off a mark of 48. He is 5lb above that mark now but has also won at Chelmsford in August since. He had a go at hurdling after that at Huntingdon and his most recent all-weather start is worth drawing a line through as he never got competitive.
Back at his favourite venue and in a race where plenty of his rivals are tough to put faith in, he has a positive jockey booking with Rossa Ryan on board and they should go well.

17:30 Newcastle – Biplane @ 20/1
Two-time course winner BIPLANE could be worth supporting on her return to Gosforth Park for this Fillies' Handicap over 7f.
John Wainwright's daughter of Noble Mission had her most recent win at this track back in May 2023 off a mark of 60. She won on turf from 5lb higher at Ayr (6f, good) in July, the sixth success of her career to date.
On her most recent outing she was beaten just under two lengths at Southwell in late September off this mark. She has gone close from higher marks than this one in the past and her consistent record at this regular haunt makes her a contender worthy of interest.
