Horse Racing Tips: Bathgate to strike at Sedgefield on Tuesday

There are three meetings across Britain and Ireland on Tuesday as Jumps racing dominates. First off is Southwell and they are soon joined by the cards at Tramore and Sedgefield with 20 races across the three venues.
I've picked out three horse racing tips for you to consider, including the improving Bathgate for Philip Kirby on the card at Sedgefield.
Horse Racing Tips - Tuesday, November 26
13:25 Sedgefield - Bathgate @ 7/2
He remains a maiden but the four-year-old BATHGATE hasn't been with the Philip Kirby team all that long and his recent efforts suggest a breakthrough success may be imminent.
He wasn't pulling up any trees in his summer outings at Cartmel or Stratford but has shown more since returning for an autumn campaign.
Bathgate was denied a half-length when second at Ayr (2m3½f, good to soft) in October and ran well again in fourth having gone up 3lb when back at the Scottish layout earlier this month.
Kirby’s charge runs here off an unchanged mark and drops back in trip. He has only had a couple of runs at this distance over hurdles, including when going close at Exeter in April, and looks sure to be involved in the shake-up again now given his recent improved form.

13:40 Southwell - Solar System @ 11/8
The Philip Hobbs & Johnson White team will be hopeful that SOLAR SYSTEM can make it back-to-back wins for them after he landed a Conditional Jockeys' Handicap Hurdle at Warwick last week.
The five-year-old had run well at Chepstow (2m3½f, soft) on his seasonal bow, travelling well and just shaping late on as if he might have needed the pipe opener.
That was proved to be the case as he scored at Warwick under Callum Pritchard, produced to lead at the final flight and winning by just under two lengths.
The front pair were a long way clear in that contest and Solar System has managed to escape a penalty here, while his rider can claim his full 7lb allowance now.
This looks a suitable opening for the JP McManus inmate to register a third hurdles success.
Betfred are offering your stake back (up to £10) as a free bet if your selection in this race finishes 2nd.

15:00 Sedgefield - Kicksaftersix @ 7/1
KICKSAFTERSIX deserves a change in fortune for trainer Martin Todhunter after a hat-trick of runner-up finishes at Cartmel and Hexham since midsummer.
The first two efforts at the Cumbria layout were over 2m1½f/2m5f and it is likely that a drop in trip to just under two miles last time didn't aid his cause. He came through for second but was no match for the convincing winner.
It was another solid run, however, and a return to 2m5f from what is an unchanged mark of 81 should be in his favour here. Ground conditions remain optimal for Sean Quinlan's partner and if he keeps knocking on the door a second chasing success should be incoming.
