Horse Racing Tips: Henderson set for joyous visit to Ireland

A busy Tuesday awaits, with six meetings taking place across Britain and Ireland, including the rescheduled Fairyhouse fixture from Friday.
I've got a few horse racing tips for consideration, including a British raider in the big handicap from across the Irish Sea.

14:10 Epsom - Trinity College @ 2/1
Aidan O’Brien has won five of the last eight renewals of the Epsom Derby so it’s no surprise that he sends a runner over for this trial.
TRINITY COLLEGE took a couple of runs to get the hang of things as a two-year-old but progressed well at the back end of the season.
Getting off the mark at the third time of asking, he absolutely bolted up in a Galway maiden (1m½f) in September. Wayne Lordan made all the running aboard the son of Dubawi and pulled effortlessly clear in the closing stages to score by 12 lengths.
He then ran in the Group 2 Beresford Stakes, finishing fourth by less than two lengths, and the first two home both went on to score at Group 1 level. There’s plenty to like about his pedigree, as he’s out of dual-1000 Guineas heroine Hermosa.
O’Brien’s runners tend to need their first runs of the season at this time of year but Trinity College managed to win at Naas last month, getting the better of stablemate Acapulco Bay. The step up to 1m2f is likely to suit and there should be more to come.

16:12 Kelso - Starlyte @ 5/2
Lucinda Russell has had more winners at Kelso than any other track so far this season and she runs STARLYTE here.
This eight-year-old has been in the form of her life recently and has managed to win three of her last four starts.
Two of those successes have come at Kelso and the most recent of those came last time out. She was held up in the early stages of the race but began to make headway approaching the fourth-last and finished strongly to score by four-and-a-quarter-lengths.
The handicapper has responded with a 7lb rise which seems pretty fair and whilst it remains to be seen whether or not she has much room to manoeuvre with her new rating, it could be worth keeping Russell’s mare on side for the time being.

17:05 Fairyhouse - Joyeuse @ 5/1
Nicky Henderson doesn’t send runners to Fairyhouse too often with the veteran trainer only having sent 11 previously throughout his career. Two of those have managed to win and JOYEUSE could follow suit.
She was an impressive winner of the William Hill Hurdle at Newbury last time out and managed to make a competitive handicap look anything but. Nico De Boinville rode her up with the pace and she went on to win by eight lengths, going away at the line.
Connections tried her in Grade 1 company at the Cheltenham Festival and she wasn’t disgraced when finishing sixth in the Mares’ Hurdle. Her stamina ran out and the return to two miles will suit on that evidence.
Returning to handicap company now, she does have a substantial amount of weight to carry but Aidan Kelly takes 5lb off and that could make the difference.
