Horse Racing Tips: Hat-trick beckons for Moore mount

There are no fewer than six race meetings to enjoy on Tuesday, with three Flat and three Jumps cards scheduled.
My horse racing tips comprises of three selections from as many meetings - including a hat-trick seeker at Worcester.
Horse Racing Tips - Tuesday, May 13
- 14:00 Worcester - Abingworth @ 11/8
- 17:30 Sligo - Faithful Follower @ 9/4
- 18:10 Sedgefield - Solent Gateway @ 11/8

14:00 Worcester - Abingworth @ 11/8
Our first selection of the day comes in the opening race at Worcester, as Gary & Josh Moore's ABINGWORTH returns after a short break.
The son of Kapgarde has won five times in 25 races, with two of those victories coming since the end of March.
Abingworth beat Shillanavogy by seven-and-a-half lengths at Wincanton before proving too strong at Warwick in April. Both of those successes came over 2m4f, the same trip for Tuesday's encounter.
Connections will feel that a 2lb penalty incurred for this outing will not stop their mount from landing the hat-trick.

17:30 Sligo - Faithful Follower @ 9/4
There is a lack of quality in the opener at Sligo on Tuesday, even though 13 runners are due to go to post.
Trainer Emmet Mullins is usually someone to watch and he may be able to get FAITHFUL FOLLOWER in the winners' enclosure for the first time.
He was sent to Mullins' yard in October 2024, but he has yet to shed the maiden tag in his career under rules.
Faithful Follower caught the eye when finishing second to Classical Creek at Down Royal in November, and that form should stand him in good stead for Tuesday's trip to Ireland.
A return run at Wexford in March should have blown the cobwebs off and he should give punters a run for their money at the very least.

18:10 Sedgefield - Solent Gateway @ 11/8
For our third and final Tuesday selection we turn our attention to Sedgefield's evening card, specifically for the second race at 18:10.
SOLENT GATEWAY last won in May 2024, but he has continued to be competitive in the last 12 months.
From 44 career runs, Solent Gateway has won four times, finished second on eight occasions and also has seven third-place finishes to his name.
He has made improvements every time he has raced over timber and that was evident when finishing second over course and distance in April.
Brian Hughes has ridden Donald McCain's mount for his last four races and he will know how to get the best out of him on Tuesday.
None of Solent Gateway's rivals have as much experience as him, and that should be enough to get the job done.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
