Horse Racing Tips: Batwomen to be the hero at Plumpton
We're hardly inundated with racing action on Monday as there are only three meetings taking place across Britain and none in Ireland, but our expert has picked out three to follow on the day.
Plumpton kicks us off with a seven-race Jumps fixture and Ffos Las follows swiftly after, while Wolverhampton's nine-race all-weather card takes us through the evening. Among our three strongest fancies on Monday is one for Neil Mulholland who looks well set to progress further after shedding her maiden tag last time out.

13.50 Plumpton - Batwomen @ 11/4
Neil Mulholland runs BATWOMEN here and she showed some promise when finishing third in her final bumper start at Huntingdon in October last year. The switch to hurdles combined with a step up in trip have definitely helped her since.
She was narrowly denied at Fontwell on her first start over hurdles last December and almost certainly would have won with some better jumping, given the fact that she was beaten only a neck.
Prince Imperial was too tough a nut to crack when she was a 23-length second to that horse over the same course and distance next time. The third boosted that form, though, by winning his next start.
It was surely only a matter of time before she got off the mark and the six-year-old managed to do so in good style when switched to handicaps last time out. Having kept on well up the run-in there, the extra furlong or so shouldn't be an issue here and further progress is anticipated.
This is a Super Extra Place Race, with Betfred offering 4 places instead of 3 at 1/5 the odds for all each-way bets.

12.20 Plumpton - Julius Des Pictons @ 1/1
JULIUS DEC PICTONS is likely to win races over hurdles sooner or later and this looks like a cracking opportunity to get off the mark, on just his second start for the yard. The son of Cokoriko has been runner-up in all three hurdles outings to date and he can come out on top here.
The winner of the last of his four starts in French bumpers for previous connections, he kept on well to score by a cosy margin over 1m4f at Pornichet-La Baule. He was then a respectable second at Nantes on his first run over hurdles but didn't quite have the pace to live with the winner.
Julius Des Pictons got closer at Fontainebleau next time and subsequently switched hands for the hefty fee of €120,000. The form of his second to Wester Knight at Uttoxeter has since received a boost and he's the one to beat here on that evidence.

14.20 Plumpton - I See You Well @ 6/1
Watch out for Seamus Mullins' I SEE YOU WELL at Plumpton, as the six-time course winner certainly knows his way around.
He can be forgiven for his seasonal reappearance effort over course and distance last month as he certainly appeared to need the run. It's also a help that the handicapper has decided to drop him 2lb and that enhances his appeal.
Several placed efforts in the last couple of seasons have maintained the theory that he likes this course and his last Plumpton success came over this trip back in March 2022.
If producing a similar performance, a return to winning ways could be on the agenda as he looks particularly well treated on that evidence.
