Grand National Outsider Tips: Genius may have the answer

There's been some big-priced winners of the Grand National in recent years, including Noble Yeats at 50/1 and Rule The World at 33/1.
With that in mind, I've picked out three Grand National outsider tips at each-way prices - Betfred are paying 7 places instead of 4 - who can give you a run for your money in the big one at Aintree on Saturday (16:00).

Appreciate It each-way @ 25/1
It wouldn’t be right to bet in the Grand National without having a runner from the all-conquering Willie Mullins stable on your side and APPRECIATE IT appeals at a price.
Appreciate It has competed solely in Graded company on his last six starts and proved that he comes into this race in top form when winning a Grade 2 at Thurles by six lengths in January. He will need to improve again, but maybe this test will suit him perfectly.
In modern Grand Nationals they tend to go slowly early before quickening the pace inside the final half-mile and there is every chance that Appreciate It will have the speed to compete when the heat is turned on.

Monbeg Genius each-way @ 33/1
There aren’t many with better big-field staying handicap form than MONBEG GENIUS, who chased home a Grand National winner in Corach Rambler at the Cheltenham Festival a couple of seasons ago and was also behind Punchestown Gold Cup winner Fastorslow.
Monbeg Genius has yet to go on to quite the same heights as that pair, but he has shown enough to suggest that there is still time. One of his best efforts was a third in the former Hennessy Gold Cup at Newbury in December 2023 and that run gives him a chance here.
The selection finished fourth in the Welsh Grand National at Chepstow over Christmas, which proved he is suited by a stamina test, and this distance might bring further progress.
There was a lot to like about Monbeg Genius’s last victory at Uttoxeter, when he dominated the race from the front and recorded a career-best effort. He will need another one, but that’s possible for the O’Neill stable that won this race with Don’t Push It 15 years ago.

Celebre D'Allen each-way @ 80/1
Only two horses aged 13 have ever won the Grand National and they were Why Not in 1894 and Sergeant Murphy in 1923 so it would be a trends buster, but CELEBRE D’ALLEN could do it.
He isn’t your usual 13-year-old because he is still in great form despite his advancing years and we saw that when he landed a 3m handicap chase at Bangor in November. He bolted up by five lengths that day on his first start since April and evidently goes well fresh.
That might be key here because Celebre D’Allen has been put away with this race in mind since. He returns from 143 days off the track and that should be considered a positive because he is at his best following an absence.
Celebre D’Allen was beaten only two lengths into fourth in the Topham over these fences last season, so we know he handles Aintree, and the extra distance here is in his favour. It would be a massive shock were he to win, but he could easily be in the first seven places.
